This house is in the heart of downtown Clear Lake where you can meet most of your needs with a short walk. Spend time in the large back yard, in the gazebo, and feel free to park your car in the garage.
This newly updated home has a long driveway for parking. There are two bedrooms, both queens, and a queen sofa sleeper in the family room to comfortably sleep 6. Washer and dryer provided and free to use. Shower and bath, perfect for kiddos after a long day at the beach.

This is one of the nicest rental properties we’ve ever stayed at. The home is beautifully furnished, exceptionally well maintained, and was spotless when we arrived. You can tell the owners take great pride in the property and pay attention to the details that make a stay comfortable and enjoyable.The owners were also outstanding to work with—very responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The location was another huge plus, offering quick and convenient access to the lake while still providing a relaxing place to unwind. We stayed for a quick weekend trip. 3rd and Surf was a cute little house, well-maintained, and most importantly, clean! We had all the tools we needed in the kitchen to cook a few meals and plenty of room to be comfortable. We would happily stay here again next time we're in town!

Great location walking distance to the Surf and short drive anywhere else. Home was clean, had some coffee pods available and parking in a garage was a bonus especially when it was so cold. Would/will definitely stay here again.
