Wake up to a tranquil water view from your bedroom, living room and kitchen in this
beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath villa located 10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach. The recently updated Pine-tree villa is fully furnished including comfortable couch and chair in the living room from which you can watch the large screen TV. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you would need. The master bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted TV and connects to the master bath and vanity area. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds and is adjacent to the guest bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a tub and shower. The screened lanai has table and chairs for 4 to enjoy the lovely peaceful pond view.
Villa has full washer/dryer, cable TV and WIFI and a one car garage. There is a large
community pool just a short walk away.

This charming villa is in a perfect location. While located on a quiet and peaceful street, you are minutes away from the Sarasota Square Mall, Publix, Costco and the YMCA.
Within a 15 minute drive you have access to downtown Sarasota, St. Armands Circle , Ringling Museum, theaters, wonderful restaurants and of course fantastic beaches!

Frank & I fell in love with Sarasota 3 years ago during a weekend getaway to Siesta Key which is the most beautiful beach in our opinion. We moved here recently after retiring last year to enjoy all that this area has to offer: gorgeous beaches, lots of cultural activities such as theater, concerts, museums, great restaurants and friendly people who all love living in Sarasota!
