This totally renovated, Islamorada fully licensed, relaxing, oceanfront 5th floor accommodation is right on the Atlantic Ocean and is easily accessible from lobby elevators. It is ideal for two couples as well as families with kids, as the 2nd bedroom's 2 extra-long twin pillow-top beds combine to form a comfy King bed.

(This is the only corner END unit in the oceanfront building that is available for weekly rental!) Delight in spectacular sunrises and full moonrises glistening on the water. Enjoy the sandy beach area with just a couple steps into the water! Excellent area for kayaking or fly fishing or paddleboarding. Rent kayaks and paddleboards 1/2 mile away (reasonable and they deliver!)

Swim in the crystal clear oceanfront/ocean-view pool! Bike or walk the trail on Old US 1, (Millionaires Row)(rent bikes or bring your own), or explore historic coral parks ... or just relax on the balcony and enjoy the incredible expansive ocean vistas.

Fantastic property

The condo was beautiful and well kept. The view is incredible. The best part of the day was watching the sunrise and the birds flying by. With the balcony facing east you have the sunrise in the morning and at sunset the sun was behind the building which made sitting out on the balcony perfect. It is centrally located in the Key Largo/Tavenier/Islamorada area. Great places to eat. The condo is well equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation. We will be back.

Property was neat, clean, and well equipped. Everything was exactly as advertised. Beautiful ocean view, quiet and relaxing property. Great gym and clean well maintained pool area. Location was very close to restaurants, grocery store, and excursions. Owners were great to deal with, very prompt with all communications and checked on us after our arrival. Will be back again

Lovely view/ close to everything

We very much enjoyed our stay at Seagulls this past week. The condo was very nice and the view/location were just perfect! The condo's location in the Keys was just right, giving easy access to many different locations. The views from the balcony overlooking the beach and the ocean are spectacular. The place was clean and all directions were given that were needed. Amazing Vacation!

My fiancé and I vacationed at this condo along with his parents to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. All of us had an amazing time! The host communicated all of the details of the trip timely and with great detail. The condo was super clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. My future in-laws said that this was the best vacation that they ever had….and they are very well traveled. We all enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of Islamorada; it was better than Key West! On the last morning of our stay, I even saw dolphins playing in the ocean. Needless to say, I had to drag everyone out of the condo because no one wanted to leave-even with Hurricane Ian approaching! We can’t wait to book another stay here in the future! I would highly recommend the host and her property!

We planned and planned this trip to the Keys. We couldn't have been more satisfied with this condo. It was so relaxing and the balcony view is absolutely the best!! It was so enjoyable. The condo is very well taken care of and extremely clean. Has all the comforts of home and then some. The owner was terrific to work with and answered any and all questions we had. We were so very happy we chose this location. At the end of our day we always felt like we were returning to our home and not just some place we were staying. The people there were also friendly and welcoming to their facility. Overall, just a great experience. Should we plan another trip in the future, this would definitely be my number one choice!! Lovely Accommodations

We stayed July 20 thru July 27, 2019, The Owners certainly take pride in their home for others to stay. It was very clean and bright, had everything you need while away from your own home. They were easy to get in touch with if anything was needed. The view from the condo was beautiful, unfortunately during our stay we could only admire the view from inside the condo, because the smell of the rotting seagrass was too unbearable to sit outside and enjoy the view, this is NO FAULT of the condo owners. At about 3pm it seemed like the smell would go away, so we were able to enjoy the pool for an hour. Pool was very clean and we got to see 2 large Iguana's who made their way to the pool daily for a cool drink of water. Just an FYI to those who have never been to the keys. The Florida Keys are beautiful to visit, BUT YOU MUST like water sports ie fishing, scuba diving, snorkling, boating, jet skiing, this is what the "keys" are known for. If you are hoping to go down to the keys to sit/walk along long white sugary sandy beaches you will not find anything like that in the keys. If you are looking to do some charter fishing I highly recommend Bud N Mary's for $70 pp you go out at 930 am and return at 430pm (wear LOTS of sun screen and hat), My husband and son said they enjoyed it and there were only 13 others on the boat with them. Everyone had some great catches, the crew will clean your fish for you and many local restaurants will cook it up for you. We enjoyed Snook's Bayside Restaurant with their beautiful evening sunsets and dinner LOVED their Lobster bites and Coconut Shrimp. Also Lorelie Restaurant and Cabana bar is great for music and sunsets, BUT go early (like before 6pm), because they get busy and they have no hostess seating people, so folks are just wandering around hoping a table opens, so if you get there and are waiting for 30mins on a table and another person just shows up and finds an open table before you, than you are out of luck. Lastly you MUST go to MEAT eatery and tap room, looks like a little hole in the wall place, BUT the burgers are awesome, even Guy Fererie thought so when he visited during his t.v appearance on Diner's Drive ins and Dives. Overall I'd give 5 stars especially when the seaweed smell finally goes away.

Beautiful location. Amazing view. The condo is very lovely. Bed was very comfortable. Place is very clean. Everything you need in the kitchen is there to cook. We have never stayed in a place with a kitchen this well stocked. Very nice location is you want peaceful, which is exactly what we wanted. Sitting on the balcony was so nice to read or just watch the boats going out. Seeing the sun come up was amazing. Bathrooms have all the starter items you need. Master bathroom is well appointed. We did not use the other bathroom. The furniture was comfortable. Owners are easy to reach and accommodating. Highly recommend this condo. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We love the beautiful peaceful location and the crystal clear waters and watching pelicans fly past the balcony, sometimes so close you feel you could almost touch them. We like watching the fishing boats leave and enter Tavernier Creek just north of us. Also love the beautiful clear starry nights. We love to share this experience and views with others.

Why they chose this property

After looking at many condos in the Middle Keys and Upper Keys, we bought this wonderful 5th floor oceanfront end unit because of the bright open feel of the layout and wonderful panoramic views. So many condos in the Keys feel like you are in a tunnel with no side windows. The large extra window in the living room makes you feel as though you are in a home rather than a condo. We also loved that both bedrooms have a full ocean view, which is very unique, and that you can access the oceanfront balcony from both bedrooms as well as the living room. An unsuspected surprise was the privacy afforded by this property - and that the pool is situated in such a way that one doesn't feel as though in a 'fish bowl' while swimming or lounging poolside.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the wonderful sunrise and reflective sunset views and the peaceful, serene location as this condominium community is not on US 1, so there is no traffic noise. We really love that our condo is directly on the ocean with nothing between us and the wide open clear crystal blue waters. Seeing all the pelicans flying past our balcony, and watching the sea life is a fun bonus. The location is very convenient, close to many wonderful restaurants and things to do.
