Located on a quiet street, off the beaten path, this house is perfect for small families. After fun-filled days in the sun, you can unwind on the spacious front porch or listen to the soothing sounds of the canal fountain from the back porch.

Items to Note:

This rental does not include a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes Golf Cars.

Bed, bath and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 2 vehicles at this site. All other vehicles will need to be parked in the onsite overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit.

Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for paying your deposit to hold the reservation. The payment link is only active for 24 hours. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.

Must be 25+ to rent and present for the entire stay
No house parties
Maximum occupancy is 8
No smoking/vaping indoors
Other rules & conditions apply per rental agreement
Fireworks are prohibited within Ocean Lakes Family Campground
