This beautifully decorated efficiency condo is absolutely perfect for a couple or even a small family! There is a queen sized bed at one end of the large room and a living area with comfortable sofa sleeper at the other. There are 2 sliding doors leading out to the well manicured pool area. No need to be bothered with elevators! Just open this condo's sliding doors and step right into paradise! The kitchen has a gorgeous granite counter tops, and will surely please the most seasoned cook! The bathroom boasts a large, refreshing, walk in shower. There is a small patio area for you to enjoy the view. Step right off the patio onto the pool deck and have almost immediate beach access! This is one of our most popular condos, so book FAST before it's gone... You won't regret it! SeaSpray's property has three pools, a hot tub, a well equipped beach front fitness center, a marina with boat slip, a grilling area and a newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball court. Come and make unforgttable memories in this amazing unit!

Get away

The place was new nice, clean and had everything we needed for my husband and I. The only problem we had was because it’s on the first floor, I believe there was a family of 11 on the second floor and I really think they was up all night jumping and running around. We really try to look at it as everyone is on vacation but really just have a little respect.

2nd Year & Still Great

We stayed in this condo last year, too, and it was just as great this year. Very clean, and while small, has everything you need, including full kitchen and laundry units. It can get a little loud with the pool right there, but we bring sound machines and have no issues. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Condo on Perdido beach

Property although small, was sufficient since we weren’t inside very much. Location was great.

Still our favorite studio condo!

We returned this week after our stay in April and will definitely be back again in April 2023. Literally 30 steps from our vehicle.. 10 steps from thr pool, and 15 steps to the short boardwalk. Ideal place to stay...perfect for a couple or small family! Property is well-maintained, so quiet and convenient to all our favorite restaurants and places zo go! A definitely 5 star!
