Bonnet Shores is a beautiful beach community with the charm of New England, its crescent shape beach has outstanding views of Narragansett Bay. Enjoy lovely walks along Bonnet Point, Little Kelly Beach. Bonnet shores is located five minutes from Narragansett Pier, just a 15 minute ride to Newport. Ferry's are located just ten minutes north or south of Bonnet shores and can take you to either Martha's vineyard or Block Island. Home has been fully remodeled with all new bathrooms, New modern Kitchen with granite counter tops and all new hardwood floors. Home is beautifully decorated ,bright and has central AC. Master bedroom has private bath ,with all new furniture and flat screen TV. Enjoy the two large family rooms with flat screen TV in each room. Large new deck with a large yard for playing games or simply sitting around and enjoying each others company.
Our home is located on a quiet dead end street and it backs up to woods so it is very private. There is plenty of room in the home for 2 families to share this beautiful home . Home comes fully equipped with everything you need so no need to pack up the kitchen sink from you home! Just come and enjoy our beautiful home .

Please do not use any chemical’s on the stainless steel appliances only water.
A comforter or a mattress pad get soiled please notify me ASAP . Please place all kitchen items back where you found them so clean girls do not assume they are missing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you rented linens please place all sheets and towels for pick up in bags provided clean grill. Shower of outside to help us out with sand
Please don't move any furniture, please don't remove pillow shames of decorative pillows, don't mix up remote controls they are programed to eachTV

Lovely place to stay

We had a blast going to the beach and grilling at night in this house. It has beach chairs, toys for the kids and a fire put to roast smores -- we had so much fun. The host was also super available for anything we needed, we felt very taken care of.

Lovely, Quiet Neighborhood Home

We enjoyed our stay at 40 Clara Lane! The house is lovely and spacious. It had everything we needed. Its location was perfect for day trips around RI. We also were able to take short walks down to the water each morning. We hope to return soon!

We had a very nice stay at Susan's Bonnet Shores home. Susan always responded promptly to my questions. We loved being able to use the 4 beach passes to Narragansett Town Beach and we loved the fact that it's only a 10 minute drive to get there!

Immaculately clean

This was a well-equipped house, noticeably kept very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet, and convenient to breakfast spots, and a small grocery store not far away. There was ample room for our family of seven. We appreciated the Town Beach passes provided by the owner. Our week in this house was delightful!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family. The two-family rooms with a TV in each added to the entertainment options for all of us. The kids loved the large reclining couch on the lower level (so did the adults). Having three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs gave us wonderful private space, and the common areas were great for all of the times we were together. There was plenty of seating in the comfortable dining room for all of us. The hosts were extremely responsive. When we arrived, we mentioned to the hosts that the umbrella on the deck table was broken - but that we could still use it. They wouldn't hear of it. Within a few hours, we were surprised that they quickly installed a new one on the table. Once we get our schedules for next summer, we're hoping to book this house once again!!

Perfect in everything

The house was perfect for our family gathering together. We had 9 people total and we were comfortable. It's in a great location - near so many beaches. Susan was great in communication. Great Location and Space

This vacation rental was by far one of the nicest I have rented. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the open floor plan and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Walk out basement was a plus with 2 extra bedrooms, bathroom and living room where our adult children stayed. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the nights we were cooking in and game night. I will definitely be looking to rent this house again next summer. It is close to everything you need as far as restaurants, beach and shopping.

bright, cozy, functional!

The house was bright, cozy, functional and clean. The owners were responsive to any issues we had. Between the patio and the kitchen there was enough space for all of us to sit down for meals. We did bring some of our own supplies (blender, baking sheets, etc.), which I note for future renters who would like to cook while there, not because they were promised. Kelly beach was a short drive away and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. It was a great getaway for our families and dogs!

I am so sorry that you missed the blender which was placed with the lobster pot and grill in the whole way closet to make room on the counters , the cookie sheets were in the bottom drawer of the stove as well . We had a great time at this house and we will most likely be renting there next summer. The house was very spacious and clean. The rooms were all very nice. The fact that there were 3 bathrooms made everything so much easier. My favorite part about the house was the out door shower. The yard was very nice and was the perfect size. The house is at the end of a dead end road so it was very quiet which we loved. The lady who rented the place to us Susan was very informative and she did a great job with her recommendations for good food and entertainment in the area. Overall a great house to rent!!!!!

Wonderful home and area.

Our 4 generation family had a perfect vacation. Communication and check in was a flawless experience. The home was clean, cozy and spacious enough for all 7 of us, had everything we needed and was in a nice quiet lovely neighborhood. It's close to the beaches, stores, restaurants and Newport. No shortage of amazing restaurants. We had everything we needed to grill, cook in a few nights and used the nice back yard to play games with our granddaughter. Very grateful for the town beach passes! What a great beach. Beach parking was easy in the non resident lot. All in all just a beautiful location in history filled picturesque Rhode Island. Highly recommended.

Lovely home, centrally located, lots of space

Large, nicely appointed home on dead end street. Plenty of space for 2 families plus dog!. Very clean and tons of beach chairs etc.. Loved fresh market, Roch's down the street for groceries and you must try Brickley's lemon ice cream! Short ride from Kelly Beach/Bonnet Shores and Narragansett town beach (4 passes to town beach a major plus). 15 minutes to Newport or historic Wickford which had many shops and restaurants. Lighthouse and state park at tip of Jamestown a great trip with free lighthouse museum and small aquarium . Lots of beaches to choose from along the coast - our favorite is Charlestown Breachway but get there early as small parking lot. Waterpark for kids 15 minutes away. Owner very responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Spacious home In Narragansett, RI

We are a family of four with two dogs. We had a great time staying at 40 Clara Lane and Susan was a wonderful and responsive host. The house was extremely clean and well stocked and spacious. It is a raised ranch and the bottom floor has a finished basement and two bedrooms. The upstairs floor had a nice kitchen and living room area with three additional bedrooms. Both sitting areas had fabulous big screen Roku TV’s which we frequently used. There was a small deck off the kitchen which led to a good sized yard, which was perfect for the dogs to sit around in when we were outside. The neighborhood itself was perfect for walking the dogs and we visited Narragansett Beach every day. We would definitely recommend this property and plan to come back!

Our week in Narragansett

What a great week! First of all a great house! When we arrived, the house was clean and the grounds looked great! There were upgrades that made the stay feel like home. Beautiful hardwood floors, open floor plan and central air were a bonus. The neighborhood was great and the central location to stores and the beach was very convenient. We went to both the private beach in Bonnet shores as well as the Narragansett town beach, the town beach was a huge hit with both the kids and the husbands. We also has some great food, Crazy burger and Iggy's were great fast stops, Trio is always a great sit down meal and bar. We have recommended this house to friends and have already booked a week for next year. Thanks to Susan, who was very accomodating and available for questions. The Rivera and Saraceno families

a wonderful opportunity that we were able to take a

The use of your home was greatly appreciated. We were able to have 4 generations stay for varying times of our week. There was very little concerns voiced, no one liked the bed in the larger room downstairs, very noisy and hard. We were able to work around that with no problem. As we had a 1 yr old and an almost 2 yr old very active little boys we were worried about the glass top tables in the living room but we moved the decoration ad padded the table from the boys. The kitchen was so well provided the only thing I didn't find was a cookie sheet for heating fries in the oven.. The area and location were wonderful and the price was fine and thank you again.

I am sorry the bed was hard I wish you said something to me since it was just delivered along with the new headboard and frame , I will look into it . We have been renting this house for a few years. Each year we look forward to seeing the updates in the home. It is clean, spacious and beautifully updated. There is a shower outdoors with hot/cold water with a curtain around it. My son loved spending time in the family room downstairs with the comfy couch and flat screen tv. Beach passes are left hanging and directions for wifi and the house in general are left clearly on the fridge. The owners are the best people and we look forward to seeing them each year. Whatever you need they are just a phone call or text away. They have given us recommendations to great places to eat and for myself places to shop! The beach is within minutes from the house and Brickleys ice cream. I was also thrilled to find hair dryers left under the sink. The home is decorated with a nice tasteful style. You truly feel "at home" during your stay. I cannot say enough about the home and owners. We are looking forward to next year already!!!! Thank you Susan and greg!

A Wonderful Fourth of July Week!

From the moment we entered this Lovely Home, we knew that we were in for an enjoyable vacation! As many others have said, this Home does not disappoint! When we rent a Home, there are many requests that we have, from Pet Friendly to Room Layout and many in between! This Home met all of our requests and then some! It is Clean and Comfortable and the appliances are all in working order. Everyone had a good night's sleep on the beds in the well-appointed bedrooms, too. Having the three bathrooms ( 2 full and one with a Shower) and the wonderful outdoor shower was most convenient. The location is great for exploring many spots in Rhode Island or for taking your Canine Companion on a nice walk around the welcoming neighborhood! Yes, the weather for our week was July warm & sunny but this most comfortable Home provided us with "all the comforts of home" and then some! We were also fortunate in meeting the Wonderful and most Helpful Owner of this Home and she was always only a phone call away should we have any questions. We are already looking forward to our next Rhode Island vacation and the opportunity to stay, once again, in this Comfortable, Lovely Home! A big "Thank You" to the Owner from all of us, for allowing us to rent her Special Home!

One of the best houses we stayed at !

What a fantastic experience dealing with Susan ! Had a great stay, plenty of room for all my extended family , the house is large, with plenty of room for all of us to enjoy our stay. The home is spotless, and has everything we needed, new comforter, clean pillows, gleaming hardwood floors, beautifully decorated, kitchen has everything you need including one regular coffee pot and a new Keurig machine. Beach chairs were a great help to not have to carry from home. The yard is large and very private with a beautiful deck of the DR. Bedrooms are large and the master has a private bath. Three TV's, one in master bedroom, one in living room and one in a supper large family room down stairs which was a great place for the kids to hang out . outside shower is great to have even thought we didn't get a chance to use it . Susan was extremely helpful and very accomadating by letting us come in a few hours earlier than our check in time for our wedding at no extra charge. She was very prompt in responding to my questions and even stopped by to meet us and see if we needed any thing. Thank you Susan for making our stay so pleasant ! Will definitely see you agin next year.

Great Family Vacation

We read the reviews and rented the house for a family vacation. We went there from Toronto, Canada hoping to have a good relax vacation. We booked this on Jan 2nd, only one week was vacant at that time. We didn't hesitate, just booked. It is a small house compared to some other rentals: But this house have very clean washrooms, nice big bedrooms and kitchen. A small living room in the upstairs and one big one in the downstairs. Nice small deck. Clean backyard with grill and shower (we didn't use it). Paved clean parking area. It was more than enough and good for us and we were very happy to stay here. A very good tiny kitchen: which is equipped with everything what we needed, we are satisfied with what is available. But would like to mention that there are three items are missing: A cutting board to cut meat/vegetables, A small kettle to boil water, A small rice cooker to make quick rice. We brought these items from Toronto. These are not costly but sometimes these are helpful to visitors. Very good dinning table. In all everything is good. Narragansett beach passes are added bonus. 8 -10 beach chairs are available to use. Excellent. This house is located in a nice place, close to beaches, Newport, Providence, Connecticut, Golf courses etc. and of course to Martha's Vineyard (via Falmouth, MA 135km) Susan and Greg's responses over the phone and email conversations were very impressive and positive. Great people. We were very happy that we booked this house on time to make our Rhode island vacation great and memorable.

Dearest Guest , Thank you for you positive comments regarding my home ! I am always open to buying items that are missing at the house , The cutting board was above the fridge sorry you missed it and as far as the rice cooker it never occurred to me that its an important item for a weekly rental but i will make sure to have it the next time you come to vista our beautiful state. I am very happy you got to enjoy the beach passes , although i only supply 4 you were fortunate to get 4 more from another property that were extra which saved you a lot of money at the beach. So glade you were able to visit Martha's vineyard ,Block island and Newport which are a skip away from our home. Thank you again for staying at our beautiful home and look forward to seeing you again next summer .

Fabulous Home and Host

The we stayed at was beautiful inside and out! Extraordinarily clean and updated with everything thing we need foe a week at the Beach! We had a couple of minor hiccups and the host Susan and her husband were there within minutes to assure the items were taken care of; the extremely thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend staying at one of their rentals!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!

What a great house, has EVERYTHING you need, I mean everything!!! Very clean, great neighborhood, the owner was wonderful! Had a bad storm blow through and she was there in the a.m. to make sure everything was ok. Very easy and friendly to deal with. Quiet street, big yard, just an overall great stay! Will book again!!

We love the Narragansett area, we especial loved the privacy of this home and large bedrooms it had to offer. The best part of the house is the extra large Family room for kids to go to and give the parents some quiet time after a day at the beach. We have done so many upgrades to the house since we purchased and have redecorated every room in the house .
