Adorable Seaside Escape! Pet And Family Friendly! LICENSE # RRDP -001316-2019

Our home is a the second floor of a very comfortable and recently remodeled duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a brand new sleeper sofa and sleeps 6 comfortably. We have flat screen smart tv with cable and wifi as well as an AT&T cell phone booster. The beautiful deck with a gas grill and is a steps to the beach. Beach carts are provided as well as beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers, fishing tackle, boogie boards, beach toys as well as plenty of parking and room for a boat trailer. All linens are furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and recently updated with all new stainless steel appliances and a laundry room is provided. Boating ramp and golf course is located nearby.

This property is a duplex and can potentially be available to be rented as a multi family rental as a 4 Bedroom and 4 Bathroom with two sleeping sofa's that can sleep a total of 12 people.

We love staying here! This was our second time at this property and we are getting ready to book our third. We love how close it is to the very quiet and peaceful beach. Our dogs love the beach and we love going out in the morning and looking for sea turtle tracks. This is such a peaceful neighborhood and the place is clean and well kept.

Perfect getaway

The location of this property is close to the beach and the neighborhood is super quiet. We had everything we needed for our stay and the hosts were awesome! They communicated well and gave us lots of suggestions for things to do. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!

Another Great Beach Vacation

We've stayed downstairs twice before and the top floor is just as nice but with the addition of the top floor deck: open to the sky and a better ocean view. Both are dog friendly with a fenced yard, quiet neighborhood and evening deer visits. We look forward to coming back this time next year!

Perfect Thanksgiving getaway

Loved every moment of our stay here. Our service dog was welcomed and happy. My husband and I had a very restful worry free stay at this perfect seaside get away. The location was perfect. And this is a clean well designed vacation stay. We will be back hopefully soon as this is the perfect accommodation for us

Great beach house

Comfortable house with a very well equipped kitchen, good internet and ROKU/HULU service, and comfortable beds. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes, and the beach is virtually private. The fenced-in yard is great for families traveling with pets.

Great place to stay In Fernandina Beach

This is our 2nd trip to FB. Love this location, Fort Clinch and downtown. Beach is great. People are friendly. Great hosts. We’ll be back.

Perfect Beach Trip!

We loved staying at this house and look forward to staying here again. It is tge perfect location in a quiet residential area with a short walk to the beach. The house was exactly as described, but even better. We appreciated being able to have our 2 small dogs with us to enjoy the beach. Check-in was easy and the owners were very helpful and responsive. Amelia Island is one of our favorite places to visit and this is a place we'll stay at again!

Great Location

Communication with owners was great! Very responsive! Super nice :)! Great location, loved the area! Very quiet & off the beaten path. Private beach was perfect! The house was nice, but could use some updating (deck, back steps) & a deep cleaning. Could use some new stainless steel pots & pans & a fry pan, as the silicone coated cookware was very scratched up & needs replaced. Also the lighting in the shower in the master bath needs an update, very dark. Beds were comfortable. Nice yard for doggies.

This unit was just as the pics showed but larger. Good neighborhood and quiet, too. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Large deck. Convenient beach access. We would stay again.

This house was the perfect size for 4 adults, great location to everything. It was a very windy weekend so we did not get to enjoy the porch. If it had been nicer we would have spent all our time out there. Great fenced in area and neighborhood for walking the dog. I would definitely return here in the future !!!

Long weekend

Lots to do and see on Amelia Island. The house was in a quiet area with a short walk to beach. Check-in process was smooth and the house was sufficiently stocked with supplies for a comfortable short stay. The house is showing signs of wear and tear. Would benefit from some professional updates and a deep cleaning.

Relaxing Beach Condo

The condo was true to listing and more. As we walked in there was a beautiful Christmas tree to greet us. It was an Awww moment, that was so welcoming. You can see the ocean from the large back deck. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are clean and updated. We had a great time! Loved the place and location. The only thing that could make it better is to have a water filter or Brita for filtered tap water because the tap water has a sulfur taste. And it would have been accommodating to have a small bar of soap in the shower and dish soap for the kitchen sink. We will definitely rent again. Thank you Steve and Lynn Hilker.

Splendid

This venue is situated in a quiet neighborhood that's just a short walk from private access to a nearby beach on the north end of Fernandina Beach. One can walk northwards along the beach to the tip of Amelia Island. Additionally, the street lights are distant enough that one can see all of the stars at night due to the absence of excessive light pollution. One can hear the ocean from the deck and enjoy an ocean breeze. The kitchen has every possible appliance/amenity available, and the whole establishment is clean and pristine. The beds are very comfortable, and the master bedroom has direct access to the deck. The living room/dining room area is spacious and comfortable. Downtown Fernandina Beach is but a short drive from the house, and all necessary amenities are well within a viable "combat radius". We've stayed here before, on the 1st floor, and they're both equally charming. We stayed for a full week, exploring the local state parks and historical sites, while taking in lunch at the charming restaurants in Fernandina Beach and cooking dinner at night, sometimes grilling outside under the stars, and enjoying the smells and sounds of the seaside. Fort Clinch State Park is just to the west, and we were graced by the periodic visits of the wildlife that migrate over from there. This place is special, and we look forward to returning here whenever possible.
