We had a wonderful stay at this residence. The location was excellent and the space was so cozy. You feel so at home. My only suggestion would be to simplify the tv situation. It was difficult to figure out how to get live tv or the streaming devices (whether using our own passwords or the owners)Thank you
Great location and walking distance to loads of places to enjoy your time here

Walkable Santa Fe Home
This was my first trip to Santa Fe and I think we picked a great house for the experience. We opted to be car-less so it was important to pick a place close to the Rail Runner and the main attractions. The house itself was cozy in a very quiet cul de sac. We wished it had been warm enough to enjoy the beautiful enclosed patio and yard. Our party of 5 enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and sharing meals at the large table together.
Location was fantastic and it is spacious inside for three adults. Some cleanliness issues…cobwebs and dust on fans. I had to pull the nightstands out to access plugs and it was very dirty. Master bath shower curtain liner was not clean—usual buildup of soap scum. There were ant traps and some ants but not sure anyone can fix that! Otherwise had a nice stay. The location was great and it was very quiet. Master bed has a nice thick pad on it. The notes received from property management needs to include updated door keypad entry directions.

Comfy and cozy place to rest and rejuvenate for our girls trip. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood but close proximity to the Rail yard. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location. Parking is tight! Carport available for a vehicle the size of a mini cooper. Secondary parking available next to carport for another smallish vehicle but requires you to backup approximately 30 yards if you don’t want to use a 4-point turn to get out. 3bd/2ba with a comfortable living and dining room. Lots of dishes and utensils to use during stay but no dish soap. The property wasn’t cleaning prior to our arrival. Large spiderwebs throughout the property. The ceiling fans were dirty, the heat lamp in the master bedroom was caked with dirt and lint. Crumbs on almost every floor. Ants and silverfish in the bathrooms, mold and hair in the showers, as well as crumbs and hair in the beds. Extra linen and towels were available. With the money paid, and the “clean-up” rules; I think I’ll be staying in a hotel next trip to Sante Fe.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found the home well-equipped during your stay. We followed up with the owner, who would like to address the following:
- The home is professionally cleaned prior to each arrival, and this feedback has been shared with the cleaning team to ensure all areas meet our standards moving forward
- We were not made aware of these concerns during your stay, and our local team would have been happy to promptly address any issues had we been notified
- Cleaning and inspection procedures are being reviewed to ensure the home is consistently guest-ready
We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving the experience for future guests.
Our party of three enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe at this comfortable home. We could easily walk to excellent coffee shops and restaurants close by. This was a welcoming place to come home to each day after wandering the plaza, museums and galleries of Santa Fe.
Nice place and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Patio was a little rough with dirty cushions that didn't fit the chairs, but we enjoyed our time outside. Carport is very cozy - tried to park in it once and had to contend with overgrown bushes and tree limbs from the neighbor. There is also an open space that worked (we only had 1 car).
First of all, I was concerned about finding the property as I had read that it was located down a gravel road and we were arriving at night. I reached out to Karl who was super helpful and provided additional information as to how to find the house. I believe he even drove the route so he could send me a picture of where to turn. Additionally, the house was located very close to the plaza and had we known our way around, we could have even walked to the Railyard Artisan’s Market. The property was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The home was as advertised. Very spacious and it has a split floor plan with the master and other 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. The yard is not conducive for children to play in but we were busy with lots of other things and enjoyed the Playground at The Rail Yard though in late afternoon and early morning there is a transient element. The owner is very responsive when I asked about moving the dates by one day of our stay. I can’t say the same for Evolve.
We enjoyed staying here for our girls getaway weekend. Location in a quiet neighborhood is nice and an easy walk into downtown Santa Fe. Eclectic decor/art was interesting. Only real hiccup was when we arrived the cleaners had left sheets hung up to dry around the place and hadn't stocked the bathrooms with towels (although there were plenty in the cabinets). I reached out to Karl and the cleaners returned to take care of it.

Darshan, we were surprised to hear your feedback about the cleanliness, as the cleaning service goes above and beyond for providing a clean, comfortable stay for guests. They also did a deep cleaning before your arrival. We apologize if this differed from your experience. We are confident that this won't occur for future guests, as evidenced by all other reviews. We hope we'll have the chance to host you again and make things right!
We traveled to Santa Fe for a wedding and this home provided a great home base for four adults and a gathering place for the rest of the family. The neighborhood is quiet and having parking was a plus. Short drive to downtown. The patio under the big tree was where we spent a lot of time! This property was just what we were looking for.
We had a friend’s weekend to see the plaza lit up for Christmas! The house was quintessential Santa fe, we loved the decor, it was comfortable and in a nice quiet location. The home was located near the plaza and we really enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it. The only thing we all thought was interesting is we had to strip the beds prior to leaving, we thought to price we paid would have included that.
We had a large group, that stayed in multiple homes, during our week long stay. We enjoyed this property immensely. The location is great! It was well appointed and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms had plenty of towels and linens. The one thing that made things difficult was the access and space for parking.

Fun House!
This house is filled with interesting pieces of art. We found it clean, cozy and well equipped. We enjoyed walking the short walk to the Railway Yard galleries and longer walks to the Plaza. We could also walk to Whole Foods, coffee and restaurants. Our weather was perfect. Nice visit to a favorite part of the country!
The house was perfect for us with 4 adults and 2 children. The location was easy to find and easy to get to Ski Santa Fe in the mornings, close to the grocery and close to the Plaza as well.. The kitchen was well stocked. And a big plus: the WiFi worked without interruptions. The property manager, Karl was very fast with his responses to questions. We would definitely stay there again.
Clean, well stocked, lovely backyard - Sun, shade, birds and breezes. This place is located away from the street which is nice because it’s pretty quiet at night. Easy to get to the railyard if you just turn left at Manhattan. It’s a dead end for cars, but you can just walk through. The property. Manager is very responsive and helpful.
Nice house but some items were at the end of their use: kitchen faucet, teapot, bed sheets , shower liner. Would be better to have many items upgraded. Towels were missing in MBR. Found them in the dryer as well as more in hall closet. House is located behind main house. Very tight to get car into parking spot…we had a minivan. Its is convenient to many stores, railyard and plaza.

Response from VrboOwner on 6 Oct 2023
Hi Carol, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
- We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered. As soon as you made us aware of your concerns, we promptly responded and had maintenance come to the home. It was determined that the fixture was loose but was quickly tightened and the issue was resolved.
- We were surprised to hear your concerns with the teapot and shower liner as these were recently purchased and installed in the home. We will further investigate your concerns and make any necessary replacements.
- We apologize for the oversight, the cleaning team left the master bathroom towels in the dryer. We have since followed up with the cleaning team to ensure they pay close attention to detail so future guests do not share the same experience.
- We were confused by your comment, "House is located behind main house." The "main house" that you reference is a separate property and has no association with our home, the two properties are also separated by a fence, but we are truly sorry this had a negative impact on your stay.
- We would agree that parking in the designated parking spot can be tight. In addition, we note in the check-in instructions, "Please note that the parking spots are very narrow and cannot accommodate vans, SUVs, or trucks," we have since followed up with Evolve to have this added to the listing, so future guests are not caught off guard.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
