About this property

Looking for a cottage for the summer and for winter? Then you are exactly right with us. We invite you to be on 150 square meters (Non smoking) and 700 sqm garden and our guest to enjoy the wonderful forest and mountain air. From the house it can be started well in the mountains for hiking, biking and skiing. You can also take a trip to Lake Chiemsee or the neighboring province of Tyrol, as desired, depending on, you have chosen an ideal starting point. What is it better than covering the whole day to spend in the pure air of Bavaria? To welcome all our guests receive a bottle of wine to spend cozy evenings on the first plump oven or in the garden properly can.
Bedlinen and towels are with extra charge (80 euros for all guests together). Tourist tax and used energy (house) will be payed after your holiday via invoice. Enjoy your time.

Wir kommen gern wieder!

Das Ferienhaus bietet genug Platz für 6 Personen und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Eine riesige Kiste mit Lego hat die Kinderherzen höher schlagen lassen. Die Sauna im oberen Bad war auch Klasse 😀 Der Garten bot viel Platz zum spielen und die Lage war ein recht guter Startpunkt für die Tagesausflüge. Winzig kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: es ist etwas dunkel im Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren als Familie im Winterurlaub und hatten eine super schöne Zeit. Das Ferienhaus und die Umgebung sind wunderbar. Im Objekt ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Kontakt mit Familie Kern, dem Vermieter hat super geklappt.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Oberaudorf

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie dort. Sowohl wir als auch unsere Kinder haben die Zeit genossen. Ein Plus: Das Haus ist unfassbar gut ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Selbst für die Kinder war alles vorbereitet.

Wunderschönes Haus mit super netten Gastgebern

Wir sind rundum glücklich. Beim Check in wurde individuell auf uns eingegangen, super nettes Ehepaar Herr und Frau Kern. Super einfache Kommunikation und schnelles Antworten auf unsere Fragen. Das Haus, ein Traum, Ausstattung wirklich zu 100%. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Möbel, sehr hochwertig, rustikal, gemütlich. Wir waren alle (5 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) sehr begeistert. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen und ganz bestimmt kommen wir nochmal wieder

Erwartungen übertroffen

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich einmalig. Tolle Sauna, Kachelofen, bequeme Betten, ruhige Umgebung, unkomplizierte Übernahme der sauberen und geräumigen Unterkunft. Die super ausgestattete Küche war eine echte Überraschung.
