The professionally groomed trail is in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance!
Very nice, spacious single-family house (175qm) for 2-6 people equipped in a quiet prime location, modern and comfortable. Large comfortable living room with fireplace, 2 separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Bath, shower, sauna and fitness room leave no wish unfulfilled. The large garden (950qm) with a nice lawn and a cozy terrace invite you to linger. For your car there is a garage. For sporty and children there is a table tennis table!
Located just start cross-country ski (classic and skating) and the direct access to fascinating hikes (Breitenstein, Geigelstein, Klobenstein, Kampenwand and many hosted mountain pastures. Children's lift in about 1km, alpine skiing in about 10 or 15km.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr groß und dennoch gemütlich, mit großer Terasse. Es ist gepflegt und sehr sauber, obwohl offenbar viele andere Gäste dort mit Hund Urlaub machen. Zu vielen Wanderzielen der Umgebung kann man direkt vom Haus aus starten. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt :-)

Unser Urlaub mit Hund

Wir fanden diese Unterkunft einfach Traumhaft. Wir waren bereits das 2.mal da und werden auch im nächsten Winter wieder kommen. Einen großen Mangel gab es zwar und das war der Schnee. Aber die Gegend lädt ja auch zum wandern ein. Unserem Hund hat es auf jeden Fall gefreut.

Urlaub

Schönes Ferienhaus, für Hunde gut geeignet, da umzäunt. Es liegt sehr schön ruhig. Nur Nachbars-Hund kläfft auch mal morgens um 7 Uhr. Schnaken vorhanden , Fliegengitter müssten mal nachjustiert werden. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist schön, nur das Sofa müffelt etwas. Schön, dass es zwei Bäder gibt, jedoch müsste in dem grünen Bad mal der Schimmel aus der Dusche entfernt werden. Ansonsten alles vorhanden was man braucht um sich zu erholen.

Sehr tolles Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine wunderbare Küche, mit allem was dazugehört, sensationell für kleine Hobbyköche, selten so erlebt. Super Betten, toller Garten für Hunde rund um ein tolles Objekt für Familie mit Hund. Im Garten gibt es frische Kräuter oder ein paar Brombeeren zu naschen .....es fehlte uns an nichts. Gleich vor der Haustüre waren die Wanderwege alles in allem sehr toll werden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen .

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus war sehr geräumig, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf der Terasse liess sich entspannt frühstücken, die Gartenmöbel knackten altersbedingt ein wenig. Vom Haus lassen sich direkt diverse Wanderungen starten, die Lokale in Schleching sind fußläufig auch gut zu erreichen.
