House Dina Ahrenshoop

The house in Dina Ahrenshoop / district Niehagen is located in a very romantic holiday site. The house has a 400 mÂČ garden. The Baltic Sea beach is 500m away, to the Bodden is about 800 m. Behind the house on the barbecue, enjoy a generous view of the dune forest.
The house is cozy and generously equipped for 4 people. A complete renovation took place between 2008 and 2018. The house has two bedrooms with wide beds.
The garden has two seating in front of and behind the house each, 2 sun loungers and plenty of room to romp for children or the four-legged friend. It is ideal for families or on vacation for two.
The property is fenced. Two vehicles found next to the house a parking lot.
On cool evenings you let the day end comfortably at the wood-burning stove. Firewood is sufficiently behind the house and as already included all utilities in the price.
Is not included in the rental price final cleaning at a price of € 55, -.


Recreation: The House Dina impressive features are its ideal location between the Baltic Sea beach and lagoon. The beach entrance Poplar Avenue is right on the border between the classical sandy beach with beach chairs and pier Wustrow and the romantic cliffs of the high bank Ahrenshoop. Walks on the beach are an experience for all seasons.
The fish and the land Darss explored best by bicycle. The bike and hiking trails start right at the house and take you to stunning locations between the bay and Ostssee.
If you fancy Wellnes have - to the swimming pool with sauna in Wustrow 10-minute walk, with interest in culture and art 10-minute drive to the wheel to the center of Ahrenshoop, or a 15 km into the water park or Amber Museum Ribnitz, the near WarnemĂŒnde (25 km) or in the Rostock city for shopping (35 km).

Super Erholung in diesem wundervollen Haus mit Garten. Uns und unseren zwei kleinen Hunden hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir wĂ€ren gern noch lĂ€nger geblieben. Ruhige Lage, schöne Gegend, tolle SpaziergĂ€nge mit den Hunden, man ist schnell am Strand zu Fuß und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nicht weit weg. Alles in allem ein ein super Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war absolut unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank .

Traumurlaub an der Ostsee. Das Ferienhaus war perfekt ausgestattet mit wunderschönem Außenbereich. Wustrow und Ahrenshoop sind ĂŒber schöne Wege am Strand entlang gut erreichbar. Wir und unser Hund haben uns hier pudelwohl gefĂŒhlt!

Dina > wirklich schön!

Das Ferienhaus Dina ist sehr ruhig in einer Bungalowsiedlung ein paar Meter von einem urigen Strandabschnitt nahe Wustrow gelegen. Ein schöner Radweg nahe der SteilkĂŒste fĂŒhrt direkt in die Ortsmitte von Ahrenshoop. FahrrĂ€der sind in sehr gutem Zustand vorhanden. Das Haus hat alles, was es fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Zwei möblierte Terrassen ermöglichen zu jeder Tageszeit einen entspannten Aufenthalt im Freien. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Telefonisch hĂ€tten wir fĂŒr einen Sonderpreis unseren Aufenthalt sogar verlĂ€ngern können. Unser Hund hat diese Tage auch genossen. Man muss etwas aufpassen, weil das sehr gepflegte GrundstĂŒck zu den Nachbarn nicht eingezĂ€unt ist. Es war aber ziemlich unproblematisch, weil unser Hund duch lange SpaziergĂ€nge und baden ziemlich ausgepowert war. Das Wetter war auch eine absolute Messe! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft mit winzigen Makeln

Das Haus ist sehr gemĂŒtlich, sehr sauber und entspricht im Großen und Ganzen der Beschreibung. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch ein paar GewĂŒrze, Kaffeefilter etc sind vorhanden. Das Bad hat eine gerĂ€umige Duschecke mit ebenerdigem Einstieg. Feuerholz haben wir leider nur 3 Scheite vorgefunden. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass das GrundstĂŒck nur vorn und hinten richtig eingezĂ€unt ist, sodass der Hund in die NachbargĂ€rten und auf die (kaum befahrene) Straße laufen konnte. Zu Fuß brauchten wir ca 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, ungefĂ€hr ebenso lange zum nĂ€chsten Supermarkt (Lidl). Kurz hinter dem Strandaufgang beginnt der Hundestrand. Das Haus liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung, die zwar zu Ahrenshoop gehört, aber nĂ€her an Wustrow liegt. Der Strandabschnitt Richtung Ahrenshoop, am Steilufer entlang, ist derzeit gesperrt,die Treppen entfernt worden. Wichtig noch der Hinweis, dass Hand- und GeschirrtĂŒcher sowie BettwĂ€sche mitgebracht werden mĂŒssen.

Haus Dina - weit ab von Ahrenshoop

Ein sehr gemĂŒtliches Ferienhaus (gleich hinter Wustrow). Da wir Ende Februar dort waren und das Haus in einer Ferienhausanlage außerhalb der Orte liegt, war es sehr ruhig. Einziger Nachteil: Nachtspeicherofen, abends waren nur max 20 Grad erreichbar. Wer WĂ€rme liebt, muss mit dem Dauerbrandofen heizen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und komplett eingerichtet.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. In ca.10 min zu Fuß ist man am Strand ,dort ist auch ein toller Hundestrand. Einziges Manko fĂŒr uns ,das GrundstĂŒck war nicht komplett eingezĂ€unt wie erwartet . Wir wĂŒrden aber jederzeit wieder kommen. Kontakt des Vermieters ist erstklassig đŸ‘đŸŒ
