Vail International #101 had an extensive remodel that was completed in 2022. Two beautiful new bathrooms, flooring, woodwork and paint throughout and beams and lighting in the living area are just a few of the improvements to this condo. There is also a new gas fireplace with a contemporary slate finish.  A new washer/dryer is in the entryway. The kitchen features granite countertops and and electric appliances. Do you like your morning Cup of Joe? There is a standard 12 oz coffee maker in the kitchen with coffee and filters provided.The unit has a dining area with a sliding glass door where you can walk out to a west facing, ground level patio.  There is a living room with a new light colored wood accent wall and a flat panel TV. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

One bedroom has a Queen and Twin.  The other bedroom has a King bed and a sliding glass door the opens to a west facing balcony with chairs. There are flat panel TVs in each of the bedrooms. The primary bathroom has granite count tops and a walk in shower with glass doors that slide on a contemporary track. The hall bathroom has a stall shower.

Many past guests have described the location of this condo as amazing, great and wonderful. You're less than a 10 minute walk to Lionshead Village where you find many shops, restaurants and the Lionshead Gondola. Walking in the other direction to the east, you can be in Vail Village in 9 - 12 minutes, or you can take the free in town shuttle that stops at the Dobson Ice Arena, which is adjacent to the Vail International condos.

There is an outdoor hot tub and heated pool with views of Vail Mountain.
There are two gas grills available for guest use adjacent to the pool.

There is a small workout room on the property which includes a Peloton bike, Bodycraft Treadmill and Elliptical as well as other weights and workout equipment for guest use.
There is a common laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers on the ground floor of the building. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are available for purchase.

Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Each unit has its own router and password.
Provided in unit amenities include: paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dishwasher soap, body/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hair dryers.

No pets in the rental units at Vail International. There is no smoking allowed in the building.

Additional spaces at $40 per night winter and $25 summer, per vehicle, may be possible, subject to availability.
