Cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath, Living area with dinning . Kitchen, 2 Bedroom, 1 with queen bed, 1 bedroom with twin beds. Two fold down futons in the living area. Backyard with table , chairs and fire pit. Window A/C. inside and outside shower.s 1 block away from Bay beach and the Friday night concerts. Also walking to the most popular restaurants, Close to OC. 2 mile just across the 9th Street bridge will take you to the middle of OC and all the boardwalk fun.

It is located in a perfect spot. We don't have to deal with all the summer traffic and people unless we want to.
What makes this property unique
It is so convenient to Ocean City and the board walk. The best part is we have summer concerts every Friday on the beach. We can just walk down and enjoy the music. Also all the best restaurants are basically within walking distance. Grocery stores are nearby along with other shopping.
