Stunning brand new luxury construction rental unit with amazing panoramic ocean views that is 10 steps from the beach. There are balconies on every floor including a huge balcony on the top floor bonus room space. The house also has an elevator, parking for 5 cars, high end appliances and furnishings and an outdoor shower.

Relax on the outdoor patio while grilling on the bbq, after a fun day at the beach. At night, please enjoy drinks on the bonus room balcony from the wet bar.

This is an amazing home which we hope that you will enjoy as much as our family does.
