Horrible Check-In, Great Stay

Hilton Grand Vacations is a beautiful property and location. It is conveniently located to the Strip as well as the LVCC. The room was clean, upscale, and the fact the hotel did NOT have a casino and was non-smoking was a huge plus for me. Check-in process was very frustrating. Not exactly sure where the ball was dropped, but be sure you have a paper hard copy of your RCI certificate when you check in! This oversight delayed my check-in by nearly two hours. Looking forward to staying here again.
