Very well located apartment in a quiet area. The place is very secure and comfortable. Good communication with owner and the car parking space was a real plus. Enjoyed the stay.
We had a great stay in New Farm! The apartment was well equipped, beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated both the laundry and parking. The residential location was great -- very quiet neighborhood with a variety of dining options close by. We used the car only for trips outside the city and walked or use the free Citihopper Ferry to get around within central Brisbane. Andy was a very accommodating host with great communication. Overall, a great VRBO experience.
Was extremely happy with the location, cleanliness and aesthetic of the apartment. Craig was also extremely helpful and responded to all my questions promptly. I would happily stay here when visiting Brisbane again.
The apartment was perfect for our group of four. Walking distance to so many cafes and the beautiful water front. All the amenities we needed and such a nice comfortable living space. Craig was very helpful and quick to respond also. Would definitely stay again!
The host made the entire process easy and he was very accommodating to our young family. The location of the property was central to everything that we wanted to do throughout our stay in new farm.
We recently emigrated from the US and needed a base camp while we got our son settled in school, looked for a place to live, and learned the stores and locations. We couldn't have chosen better. The location is perfect just a couple of blocks from New Farm Park and New Farm Deli and the Powerhouse. Craig is a joy to deal with. We came during the hot period in Brisbane and the AC in the living area was up to the job but at the same time it was lovely to see the fans in the morning and the light streaming in through the skylight. We had a mid-period clean (we were here 5 weeks!) and the cleaners were great. From the house, we were 13 minutes from the Citycat, the river, Brisbane, and a quick trip to our son's school on the other side of the river. All in all, comfortable, friendly host, great location, and all the appliances we needed for a family of 3.
Such a gorgeous apartment in the ultimate trendy location. Amazing food, shops and park all within close walking distance. I stayed here with my partner and 9 month old, the car park was super handy as we had a lot of stuff for the little one and it was nice to not have to be parked ages away and lug it all.
The apartment is really elegantly decorated and has a homely feel. Craig was very quick to respond to any questions and was a wonderfully helpful host.
We had a fabulous stay at the Powerhouse apartment. The apartment building is super quiet which made our stay so easy as we were traveling for an extended period for work. We had everything we needed for an extended stay, and the host Craig was super helpful and easy to communicate with, going out of his way to accommodate our needs. Would definitely stay again when in Brisbane. The neighborhood is also very nice. Easy access to New Farm Park, shopping amenities and the ferry cat. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a home away from home or just for a weekend.
The location is fantastic ! Lots of Cafés & restaurants to choose from , very close to the river. A real bonus for us was the carpark that comes with the apartment. We drove a lot and found New Farm convenient to get on main Motorways.
We stayed for 4 nights over christmas with a 1 year old. The apart.ent was beautiful and homely, they even had a Christmas tree set up which was sa lovely touch. Everything we could require was provided in terms of utensils, even oil, herbs, glad wrap etc which made it really easy to cook meals and feel like we are at home. Two bedroom set up was great for toddler with porta cot provided.
We enjoyed our stay in New Farm at Powerhouse. The location was amazing and close to everything. The apartment was clean, and comfortable. Every detail was covered to include things to do in the area, and even a power adapter to charge all of our electronics. We had a very long flight from the US and we very much appreciated the accommodation for an early check-in. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back.

Beautiful apartment with high ceilings. I stayed here with my bridal party the night before my wedding and we absolutely loved the place. It was clean, well decorated and had beautiful architecture. I live in New Farm already, so I know that the area has a lot to offer in terms of cafes, riverwalks, local shows, James Street restaurants and bars and much, much more.
A wonderful place to stay if you want to be close to everything!
We rented 3 properties through Craig. Each was exactly as pictured and more. They were perfect, central & Craig’s wonderful notes and instructions were so helpful for an out of town person to get around!
If and when we go back we will be staying through Craig.
I stayed here with my 3 year old and it was a great space and easy walking distance to everything we needed.
Would be equally great with a friend or my husband. Easy and exactly as the pictures looked if not the rooms a little bigger.
I stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed the apartment...well appointed.... super clean, modern and close to the New Farm park. In a great neighbour hood, short walk to the New Farm Deli and if lazy a short Uber ride to lots of great restaurants locally.
