Grand Champions #168 is a impeccably kept one-bedroom two-bath luxury villa with amazing golf course and limited ocean views. The unit is located on the 7th fairway of the the Wailea Blue Golf Course and with limited views of the ocean and island of Lanai and West Maui Mountains in the distance. The sunset views are amazing!

This is a corner upstairs villa with vaulted ceilings and extra windows with lots of light and gorgeous views. It has been recently upgraded with granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, top-of-the line appliances, new air conditioning units, top-of-the line hotel mattress, and all new Tommy Bahama style furniture. Simply the best of everything!

For the comfort of our guests the unit is designated non-smoking.

The Grand Champions is a 5 star condo resort located in the prestigious Wailea community on Maui. The property is built on a 12 acre lot bordered by Wailea Blue Golf Course and Tennis Club. The lushly landscaped grounds are meticulously maintained and adorned with year-around blooming tropical flowers. The two-story buildings with classic architectural lines are set in an exclusive country club atmosphere. Two heated swimming pools are surrounded by sundecks and hot tubs.

Wailea boasts beautiful beaches, five championship golf courses, and a world-class tennis center. The hotels, shops, beaches, and golf and tennis clubs of Wailea are within walking distance from the Grand Champions. Great condo and great location

My daughter and I had a fabulous week stay at Brian’s condo. It is so bright and airy and cozy. It felt like a home away from home. We went to the pool almost everyday and there are many many choices for restaurants and coffee within walking distance. I enjoyed playing tennis at the next door tennis club. We will be back for sure.

From check in to checkout our stay with Brian and Marie Christine went without a hitch. Location of the condo is great. Located on the second fairway of the Wailea Blue course offered an ocean / Molokai view from the lanai. We arrived at 3:00pm and the place was cleaned and ready for us. Beach chairs and a cooler were provided which we used every day. Just a 5 minute drive to my favorite Po’olenalena beach. Or take a15 minute drive, park on the side of the road in Kihei down by Ululani’s and sit on the beach all day. You can choose to stay any where but this place checked all of our boxes. The condo is very clean and in an amazing location in the condo complex and next to the best restaurants and the Wailea shopping center super close to beach but up a bit away from the noise. The views were beautiful of the golf course and ocean. It is a bit dated, but the price can’t be beat so you have to weigh that in. Communication was great and it was super quiet.

Great Condo & Location

I have stayed at other properties in this same neighborhood over the years, and this one is the best. The condo is clean and well stocked with the necessities for a comfortable "at home" style stay. The deck overlooked the golf course which was entertaining, for not always good reasons as the golfers may say, and you could also see the ocean. It was a wonderful stay.

Why they chose this property

Wailea is one of the best if not the best resort community in Maui and perhaps in all of Hawaii. Grand Champions is a gorgeous condo complex. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. It is like a botanical garden. Two swimming pools and the hot tub is a source of fun all day. Grand Champions is a short walk away from some of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see. Nearby luxury hotels, spas, shopping, tennis, and golf is an added bonus.

What makes this property unique

This second-floor unit is furthest away from the main entrance and at the opposite end away from the tennis court activity, consequently, it is very private and quiet. It is right on the golf course. Golf views are stunning. There is also limited ocean views. It is in one of the most desirable buildings in Grand Champions. It is a second floor unit with cathedral ceilings. It is also a corner unit which means that it has windows on three sides. High ceilings and windows make the unit feel bright and open. This one bedroom design is known to be the most desirable layout in Grand Champions. The unit has been totally remodeled recently. Some of our guests have called this unit "inspiring."
