LUXURY CABIN 50 MIN FROM DALLAS ON 126 LUSH ACRES

Our professional cleaning team is following the CDC guidelines for cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting. You are welcome to social distance your family in comfort at our vacation home. This cabin is completely secluded by itself for your escape to nature.

We have 125 acres of rolling hills and trees throughout the property and many trails for you to use at your leisure. Our property backs up to a 800 acre wildlife preserve (which you are able to hike on or ride horses on), and is only minutes from Lake Tawakoni. Feel free to fish and hike and enjoy the outdoors on this peace of beautiful East Texas land.

We have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The metal barndominium is brand new and has been furnished with everything you would need for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook, if you choose. Upstairs we have a large entertainment and game area, with the pool table anchoring it. Off the game room, there is an additional loft area with an additional bedroom with 4 twin XL beds. We have an outdoor fire pit area which is perfect for s'mores or a cold beer.

Chisolm Trail Rides operates out of the back portion of the ranch. They do personalized guided trail rides in morning and evening.

***There is also a rear unit that we either rent out to guests via Airbnb as well or use ourselves. Both units can be rented together to sleep 20 if you have a large family gathering.

We do have a grocery delivery service available for an additional charge. If you don't want to cook we can recommend caterers for your stay. We have installed high speed internet that is reliable for your stay.

There is also a Tesla or EV charger available.

We are open to hosting pets on a case by case basis and do require a non refundable pet deposit of $150. There may be additional fees for multiple dogs, we do only allow 2 max. There is a large dog run with a large water tank and shade adjacent to the house. Dogs MUST be crated if left alone in home.

Minimum age rental requirement is 28. No parties without explicit permission from owners.

My siblings and I enjoyed the screened-in porch, the open kitchen and living area, and the peace and quiet of the property. It was a great place for our weekend getaway.

My new favorite spot

This is the perfect place to unwind and disconnect from the city. It's absolutely beautiful; from the gorgeous floors to the finish out. Tons of items for toddlers to play with. I caught my first fish in the VERY well stocked pond! The screened in porch is the stuff dreams are made of. We'll be back very, very soon!

A Majestic Hidden Paradise

This place was amazing. My family and I had a very peaceful and relaxing vacation here. The house was nice clean and very elegant. My kids loved the game room. My 13 year old fell in love with the horses. Even though the fishing is catch and release only we still had a blast. We made many family memories while being able to stay safe during this pandemic. I highly recommend this place it is very family oriented place. l
