Very nice

This house was very nice, great, quiet neighborhood, great communication with owner. There is a park just around the corner to walk your dog everyday. Kitchen well stocked.

Perfect all around!

Every part of this rental was very smooth. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The location was close to everything we needed. This was our annual visit to HHN at Universal. We were exhausted after 2 days in the park so we camped out at the house on our last full day. We enjoyed the pool/spa and all the room this house provided. Our small pets enjoyed it too! I would definitely hope to return here on another visit!

Disappointing & not very disabled friendly

Not very clean, pool floor crumbling, games room tables broken. Multiple CCTV cameras we were not told about & no signs! 2 steps to get into the house which makes it difficult for a wheelchair user & the master bedroom shower has a big step which is also very difficult plus the rest of the rooms impossible being shower over bath. Barbeque severely corroded. Dishwasher did not work properly. Overall it is a great location & it is not all bad but the villa needs a lot of TLC

Good vacation home

I really enjoyed to stay in this property. Everything nice and comfort making my vacation so joyful with my family and I will visit again in the future even refer it to other friends.

We are a family of 4 living in NY and love to travel. We visited Florida and Disney many years ago and fell in love with the area. We decided to purchase a vacation home for our family to use and as the kids grew up we decided to invest in a few properties, go to visit frequently and also share with other families to enjoy, just like we did over the years

Why they chose this property

This vacation villa is a great size for a family to enjoy as home away from home. Better than in a stuffy hotel. Roomy and spacious, clean and updated. Private heated pool, Jacuzzi , game room, wifi, phone, and fully furnished for a great feel of home away from home.

What makes this property unique

private, homey, spacious, comfortable, enjoyable, yet close to all attractions and Disney sites and water parks. Near Rt. 192, main rd. and so much more around, shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, mini golf, golfing, flea markets, old town, and so much more. Margaritaville Resort and water park coming soon only 10 minutes walk from our locations.
