With magnificent canal views from two levels and your own private pool, kick back and relax in this modern, fully air-conditioned smart home that boasts, Wi-Fi, Netflix, TVs in every room and Google Home minis.


Downstairs:

Well-appointed kitchen, decked out in top of the range appliances and walk in pantry.
Large open plan living and dining area with a massive lounge and a huge flat-screen TV.


Bedroom 2: King bed (can be made into two King Singles).
Bedroom 3: Two King Singles (can be made into a King Bed).
Bedroom 4: Two King Singles (can be made into a King Bed).
Please advise at least one week prior to your arrival if you require changes to the bedding configurations.

Upstairs:

Master Suite: King size bed, ensuite with bath, double shower and double vanity.
Canal views.
Veranda with a bar fridge and chairs.
TV room with a sofa and Two Singles. Can be used as a fifth bedroom.

Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

Quiet and comfortable
Quiet comfortable stay. Great mod cons and lovely pool. Good location. Could have provided tea, sugar and pepper for basic use. Fry pans provided were in bad condition to use so we had to buy our own non-stick fry pan - which we have left there.

Boys fishing trip
Great house to set up home base for a week long fishing trip and the lads. Pleanty if room for us to spread out and get some quite time if need and great living and out door area to have afew drinks and talk about the ones that got away. Would be better if it had a Jetty though bit still top class
