Across the street from the beach, this 3rd floor condo (w/elevator) boasts free WI-FI, a shared in-ground pool, shared charcoal grills, central heat/air, a NEW washer & dryer (2023), NEW refrigerator (2024), NEW electric range (2023), dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, french press, crock pot, toaster & toaster oven, blender, iron & board, 3 TVs, 1 DVD player, telephone, mounted hair dryers in both bathrooms, and a private balcony with views of the ocean. Pub height table and 4 chairs on the balcony for your maximum viewing pleasure. Seating for 6 in the living room and dining room, as well.
Please provide your own sheets and towels, as linens are NOT included. (But can be for an additional fee)

The dumpster is located in the back parking lot. Please put all trash in the dumpster when you leave.
Using the access code given at check-in, please return both keys to the lock box when you check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

With miles of white sand beaches, it is conveniently located, near EVERYTHING, yet just far enough away from the excitement of Myrtle Beach. Great restaurants are everywhere and there is shopping and golf GALORE!
