As advertised. I would say that this property is the “perfect” (if that is what you are looking for) blend of commercial/resort property and “home away from home.” Impersonal and mobbed on arrival but everyone friendly and efficient. No complaints.

Great complex and location

Owners were very responsive to questions. The unit was exactly as shown, very comfortable and perfect for our long weekend. The complex has alot of amenities.

Wyndham kingsgate Williamsburg VA

Very nice property with many amenities. Beautiful suite with kitchen and in-room laundry. Property mgr very welcoming and helpful. It is a time share resort but there is no pressure to purchase. Close to colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown.

Short getaway

Room was in very good shape and very clean. I wish it would have explained little more about what amenities the room had. I didn't know it had a washing machine, dryer, and electric range in kitchen. The Wyndham facilities were in great shape, free put, put, golf and free arcade. It did mention a playground, which we couldn't find. I think they must of removed it. Over all a great place to stay.

Fine and fairly reasonable...

also clean, convenient, comfortable. As already mentioned, expect a timeshare sell...Although we didn't use them, there are a multitude of amenities for folks of all ages. The location was great for getting around Williamsburg and beyond.

We were close to everything in and around Williamsburg but there was also a lot to do in the resort. Our rooms were huge and comfortable, very nice condo super lodging for a great deal.

We walked thru the complex and saw many amenities and people out and about. We visited Williamsburg and a great Antique Mall. Restaurants were very good. Thank you!

Quiet, clean, and nice. Easy parking. Convenient, but not terribly close to places. They offered us to listen to sales pitch, but weren’t pushy when I said no. Since we are “guests” of the shareholder. I would stay here again.

Nice place in Williamsburg

Check in at registration was quick, very professional and friendly atmosphere. The condo was very clean and updated. Just across from activities center and pools. Resort is close to everything in the area too. Definitely would come back to stay here!

Good for families with kids

Nice amenities, especially if you have kids. They really want you to attend the presentation for the vacation club. We declined. Our unit was the 1 bedroom/1bath. Bedroom was large enough but the living area was tight. No way would you want more than two people in there. Neighboring unit were early risers. It was LOUD at 6 to 6:30 a.m. Every. Single. Morning.

The property and unit was lovely. I could not go due to family illness, but had to drive to Williamsburg to sign my friends in. So had to make.unexpected travel, showing my ID before they could check in. I think then enjoyed the beautiful unit.
