O imóvel não condiz com o anúncio, a limpeza deixou a desejar, as roupas de cama fedendo a suor, os banheiros fedem esgoto, mesmo estando limpos, maçaneta da porta do banheiro caindo, as tomadas do ar condicionado e do microondas estavam em curto, mofo na parede do quarto, os guarda-roupas fedendo a mofo, sem condições de usar. Uso com frequência o aluguel temporada, é a primeira experiência desagradável que tenho. O apartamento precisa de uma reforma.
