This is a new apartment in our family house on the second floor. Interior is very comfortable and newly furnished, plus, you have 3 bedrooms, big living room, kitchen and two balconies at your disposal. If you are looking for a good place to spend your vacation, this is place for you!

This unit is detached and consist of three bedrooms, a living room with a corner sofa bed and flat screen TV, a bathroom with a shower, one small toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6 people.
The apartment is for a maximum of 8 people and is ideal for those wishing to be within easy reach of all main attractions.
1st bedroom has a King size bed, 2nd bedroom has queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has queen size bed. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room that can be made into a double bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, and necessary appliances like an oven, a microwave etc.
Bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, hair dryer, and other toiletries.
Our calendar is always up to date, so what you see available online is totally accurate and there's no need to double check with us first.
The price and "minimum night stay" varies depending on the time of year.

I am available most of the time, so you are more than welcome to chat, ask questions. However, if you prefer your privacy, the house is very large so that is fine.
This is very quiet and peaceful area, consisting mostly of family houses. Kresimir Cosic Hall is nearby, if you wish to catch a good game or a concert.
Bus stop is approx. 2 minutes away from the apartment. Old Town is 10 to 15-minute walk away. First beaches are 20-25-minute walk or 5-minute car ride away.
