During your stay, guests may enjoy all Resort amenities. Our Villa is located 800 meters from the Clubhouse. Amenities include Lagoon-style Zero entry pool with heated Spa and Brand New Water Park with Dueling Slides, Splash zones, and plenty of fun water play activities for all ages to enjoy! 40-seat Cinema, Convenience Store/Grille, state of the art fitness center, game room with billiards, arcade games, table tennis and more. Several children's playground areas located throughout the resort, tennis courts, sand volleyball and basketball courts, picnic areas with communal barbecue grills. Sporting equipment may be borrowed from the welcome center with ID and a small deposit.

Villa has been tastefully decorated with High quality imported furniture from England. Great for families with children! 2 King bedroom en-suites, each with private Bathroom; 2 Disney themed bedrooms each with 2 Twin size beds, 2 additional bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. Fully fitted granite kitchen with large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. Separate laundry room with washer / dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board/iron and hair dryer. Cable TV with standard Spectrum package, DVD. Large screen LCD TV in family room with extensive cable package, playstation in Twin bedroom. Private South / Southwest facing heated pool and spa (heating available at additional charges of $25 per day).

The entire pool and pool deck area receive sunshine from approximately 10 am until sunset. Villa backs onto a large green providing privacy to the pool / patio area. Please note that our pool deck area does not back directly onto other properties like most of the other properties. This will provide you with privacy to the pool deck area as well as the bedrooms on the back of the villa. Safety fence across pool.
