This newly renovated 3300 sqft, two-story home is unique and perfect for multi-family and/or long-term business stays. Each level functions as its own fully amenitized living space, boasting a private entrance, separate kitchen, full set of appliances (washers/dryers, range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, A/C, etc) and private driveway for 2+ cars.

Spacious 5-Bedroom, 4-Bath Home:

Enjoy the comfort of an entire home featuring two luxurious king bedrooms with ensuite baths, a third bedroom with a queen bed, a split bedroom offering a queen bed and a set of bunk beds and a fifth bedroom with an additional set of bunk beds. This layout is ideal for families, groups or business professionals who value both space and privacy while traveling together.

The split bedroom downstairs connects the downstairs living room to the stairwell. In order to walk from the downstairs living room to upstairs you will need to pass through the split bedroom.

The upstairs bunk bedroom is separated from the upstairs living room via french doors. The french doors are locked and blocked off without visibility into the room. The room has a separate door leading to the hallway for easy entry and exit.

By locking the stairwell door this home can be converted into a duplex style home with each suite containing full amenities (washer/dryer, kitchen, appliances, etc.).

For added parking and convenience, enjoy two private driveways, each offering space for 2+ vehicles, leading to separate entrances on each level.
