Step back into the 1930s and feel the history. 3 acres backed up to Boise River, riverfront property. Beautiful 100 year old trees! Permanent 30‘ x 40‘ wedding tent and wedding lights. Hot tub. When not booked for weddings or events, we love to have VRBO guests . Additional Access to basketball court, Soccer fields, river and pond, and swimming holes next door.

!!!Absolutely no events! Our weekends and season are already booked with events and we need to rest the grass. If you book on any available dates be aware that the landscapers are working full-time and mowing during work hours. Sprinklers on their schedule, are a must, as we prepare for weddings on the weekends! No parties are events are allowed or booked through Airbnb. These are only overnight stays! Absolutely no more than the allotted 10 guests! We do live next-door.

Welcome to the beautiful 1930s Riverfront Cottage at Riverbend in Eagle, Idaho. Renovation done by the Boise Boys and aired on HGTV, “Idaho Retro” episode. The Cottage at Riverbend is pretty amazing! It is a beautiful old house and a perfect place to go back in history and a wonderful place for an outdoor wedding or event!

The Cottage At Riverbend is right off State Street in the center of Eagle. 3 acres backed up to the Boise river. Ceremonies and beautiful picnics or walks along the river. Beautiful home and gorgeous yard with a beautiful riverfront to enjoy. Come and enjoy this beautiful, unique, antique house and property.

Lots of parking ...so accessible to big groups. (three hundred is our biggest so far). Large 30‘ x 40‘ permanent wedding tent with cathedral window walls and beautiful crystal chandeliers. Beautiful lighting in backyard that stays up year-round. White tables and white chairs for 300 guests.

No parking in the garage but lots and lots of parking. We had one group up to 300 guests!

Wedding tent is up all year long. You can put up the cathedral window walls and use heaters to keep it warm anytime of the year. We also have 4 patio heaters but they cannot go inside the tent. Stamped concrete under the tent with sidewalks going in and out.

*Small antique working stove top and small refrigerator in the cottage kitchen. A larger refrigerator and stove top are kept in the garage.

EVENTS/ PARTIES-
-During wedding season (May- October 2022) events are $7200, seventy two hundred. Off season & midweek, ask about discounts. Price includes a three night stay in The Cottage, depending on the day of the week. It also includes tables and chairs for 300 guests, 4 wine barrels, wedding tent, and wedding lights that stay up year-round. Beautiful landscaping and views of the river.

LOCATION- Five minutes away and you are on the green belt. 30 minutes from BSU and 30 minutes from the airport. Five minutes from downtown Eagle. Five minutes from lots of shops, grocery stores and fun. Backed up to Eagle Island State Park!

Cottage layout/ ACCESSIBILITY-
2 story house.
6-8 steps to enter from front or back doors.
Main floor- entry, kitchen, dining room, living room, main master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom. Big bathroom but no hand rails. Lots of steps to get downstairs.
Basement- fully finished. Second master With king size bed, bathroom, bunkbed room with two triple bunkbeds, family room with large couch and TV, mud room and utility room with washer and dryer and lots of storage closets.

* When you rent this house you also have access to the owners SEPERATE property next door. 22 acres and a block away from Eagle Island State Park. Come have a big campfire next to the river at night and invite friends! Great place for families and parties! Also used as a wedding/ party venue. Guests over 10 are an extra fee. 10 acres of forested island between two branches of the Boise River and backed into Eagle Island State Park. Fishing, swimming, picnics, etc... We have trails all over the island, a bridge over the river with a porch swing to sit and enjoy the beauty, camp fire pits, big Treehouse play fort, large Swingset, soccer field, basketball court with basketball hoops that adjust very short and very high. We have four-wheeling paths, We also own nine square ( A great group game if you haven’t heard of it). This other property is shared with owners family and other renters. Keep in mind this is very seasonal access and use. It is pretty anytime of the year but changes during the seasons. In spring The island goes underwater and is not accessible. The campfire pit, basketball court, and soccer field are not affected by the Spring water. It is also inaccessible when we have weddings out on the island.
