It is close enough to the Las Vegas Strip to enjoy exciting 24 hour entertainment, and far enough away to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and sunny backyard with private pool.

WONDERFUL ACCOMMODATIONS!
.... Every room of this home has been professionally decorated. Relax in leather furniture while you watch movies. The first floor has a bedroom with queen sized bed and attached full bath. A newly updated kitchen allows you to create your beverages, snacks, or even prepare gourmet meals if you would like. The second floor features a spacious Master Suite and the 2 additional bedrooms can be set up with either a king size bed or (2) twin beds in each. All Bedrooms have TV's and new memory foam mattresses!

.... With the tropical sun shining down, cool off with a swim in the large private pool and spa, or relax in one of the many loungers while gazing at the towering palm trees. Great mini family reunion

We totally enjoyed our stay every moment. The pool and spa and patio is mostly where we hung out. We had 3 generations and was perfect for all.

Thanksgiving Weekend 2023

The property was perfect for our small family get away. The jacuzzi and the pool table was a hit. Another plus was the jack and jill bathroom upstairs for 2 of the bedrooms and the down stairs room also having private access to the guest bathroom. As others have mentioned, Sharon was very nice to meet us at the property and give us a quick tour. Quiet and safe neighborhood with close access to grocery stores, restaurants, and venues for shopping, movies, and other forms of entertainment.

Didn't want to leave.

Went to Henderson for a wedding. Stayed a week at Frank's property. Best decision I've made all year. Thank you Frank and Sharon for a wonderful time.

My wife and I live in MI and have two children (25, 18). I have recently retired from General Motors and my wife is a High School guidance counselor. Purchasing this home was a wonderful decision and has provided many family memories. We plan to retire to this same home in 2024 so you can be assured we keep it in the best condition possible. In addition to the Las Vegas Strip attractions and shows, our family has had many great experiences from the rest of Las Vegas and surrounding areas that we would be glad to share with anyone reading this profile. Why they chose this property

My wife and I rented a home and enjoyed the stay with our family and friends so much, that we purchased a similar home in August of that same year. We considered all the different areas of Las Vegas but we fell in love with the Green Valley community. It is close to the Las Vegas Strip, airport, and even Lake Mead. It is also just a minute from great shopping, many restaurants, theaters and local attractions.

What makes this property unique

Most guests don't need any additional information about the Las Vegas Strip, shows etc. We have experienced all of Las Vegas the and surrounding areas. Our favorite time is spent boating on Lake Mead during the summer! Water temperature of 87+ degrees and being surrounded by the mountains in the largest man-made lake in the world is breathtaking. We have toured and hiked Red Rock Canyon, Bryce Canyon and the Valley of Fire. We have also taken tours to the Grand Canyon. There is also plenty to do for the kids in the Las Vegas area and we have a list at the home of dozens of kids attractions from water parks, to escape rooms to amusement rides.
