Three Kings in the country!

Come and stay in a quiet apartment that is the second floor of our country home that is located on 12 private acres. This is a convenient location at family friendly Bolivar Missouri that is 1 mile from hwy 13, 4 miles from the hospital and 5 miles from SBU. We are a 20 minutes drive from Stockton Lake and 30 minutes from Lake Pomme de Terre. This is a spacious three bedroom unit with each room having king bed and a walk in closet. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer as well.

Pleasant place with a country feel

Our stay was wonderful. The upstairs accommodations are clean and spacious. The beds are quite comfortable. The views from the east and west windows were wonderful. Communication with the owner was excellent. We'd gladly stay there again!

This is a great property, especially for a larger group. The hosts were excellent. The location is close to town but also very quiet. We would stay here again when visiting Bolivar.

Family Christmas

Our son and family live in Bolivar and hosted Christmas for the whole family this year. We used this apartment for overflow sleeping and showering. It was only a couple miles away from our son’s house - very convenient . The beds were comfortable and the hosts were very nice. We would stay here again.

Peaceful Country Home

We were very happy in this beautiful setting and it was very relaxing. It was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Our hosts went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this property.

Great place, good location

Bryan and his family welcomed us our 1st night. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. Being able to do laundry was a huge help. It is in a quiet area and very restful.

Work trip

My husband and his coworker had to go down for two weeks for work. Location was good. Communication with the owners was easy. My husband’s only complaint was since it’s an apartment at the owners home, it was not quiet during the day when they were trying to sleep. (They worked overnight) and they also felt bad having to enter through the garage in the early morning when they returned as they did not want to wake the owners.

Great fishing location

My family spent a long weekend fishing area lakes and Three Kings met our needs perfectly. We were able to safely park and charge our boat. We had plenty of room, the kitchen was perfectly equipped for our meals, the washer/dryer was a life saver, and the beds were VERY comfortable! Even though our apartment was on top of Bryan's residence, we never heard his family, even during our afternoon nap. :) We plan to return for more fishing fun and relaxation!

Great, comfortable and peaceful

This is our second year staying here. House is super comfortable and cozy. Owners live on site and are super respectful and quite. Complete privacy and an overall great place to stay. Definitely recommend! Mine and my family’s favorite place to stay in Missouri.

In for SBU graduation

Very nice place for our family to stay. It had ample room for our family to gather together, visit, play board games. Overall I would highly recommend it.

Private, comfortable, and convenient

The apartment is quite large with three very comfortable bedrooms all with at least queen sized beds. The two bathrooms are nice with shower/tubs. The bed linens were soft. The bathroom towels were soft and plentiful. The kitchen is large and well stocked with dishes, utensils, glasses, cups, pots, pans, and even a waffle iron! There is even a washer and dryer! The entertainment included access to Netflix and Hulu as well as a Wi-Fi password for high speed internet access. Bryan and Kyla are very friendly owners and eager to help if you need it. They had several friends over late one of the nights we stayed but we could not hear them upstairs so insulation is solid and almost sound proof. The drive into Bolivar takes just a few minutes and getting on and off Hwy 13 is very simple. This location is private, comfortable and convenient with friendly, helpful owners.

Exactly what we needed

Place was clean, exactly as advertised. Very quiet property. Had an issue with the TV but it was easily fixed. Great location, not far from town. Will definitely stay again if we're ever in the area.

Perfect location

Family Reunion Trip

My partner, and two of our family members along with our infant stayed two nights here for our family reunion. The apartment itself was nice and comfortable. It has everything needed for us to lay our heads, which is just what we needed. The only downside was the set of stairs heading up to the stairs were a bit frightening when carrying a baby. Overall, though I would recommend this place.

Excellent Option to Visiting Our Daughter freshman @ SBU

This property allowed us to make and eat meals together. 3 Kings was only 8 mins from her dorm. Tillman (the dog) is a sweetie and added to the homey-ness of our stay. Hosts were very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Kyla invited us to attend the Cancer Car Show fundraiser where everyone was welcoming and genuine. Bryan was willing to take time to chat with us and help with anything we needed. 3 Kings is spacious and well equipped! Kitchen provided everything we needed. Washer and dryer so helpful for our 5 day stay. Being on the 2nd floor we enjoyed beautiful views and lovely sunsets. Three king-sized bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen and Living/ Cinema room. We couldn't have had such a fabulous visit staying at a hotel!! We felt very "at-home" which enabled our visit with our daughter to be stress free! Such a blessing to be able to stay at 3 Kings. Plenty of nearby outdoor spaces for day adventures. Local restaurants allowed for a variety of eating out options. Several grocery stores for supplies. If you can't find what you want/need Springfield is 30 minutes away. Bolivar is such a warm and friendly place. Lunch at Sweet Kale was great. Owners super friendly and helpful. I am sure I am leaving out things, but hopefully you get the idea-- we had a great stay. Thank you! 😊
