This Mid-Island home is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and Sanibel’s shell strewn beaches making it the ideal home for your next Sanibel vacation. The deeded beach access is located 0.4 miles from your front door and beach equipment is provided for your use.
The home has a washer, dryer, elevator and Wi-Fi. Enjoy Seagull Estates community heated pool and tennis & pickleball courts. This is a dog friendly home (non-refundable fee and certain restrictions).
*This home is a monthly rental that requires a 28 night minimum stay beginning on the 1st of the month. *
