welcome to our home! Our room atmosphere will make you feel comfortable and cozy. Our home is open for all guests and fellow travelers who would like to enjoy their stay in Tbilisi and experience unforgettable time in old part of renovated city. House is in a walking distance of most major attractions such as Rustaveli and Marjanishvili theaters, Opera-house, "Dry bridge" etc. The whole street is densely packed by nice restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. The room is on the second floor and has a yard view.

The house is located in the historical part of old Tbilisi near the beautiful newly reconstructed street - Aghmashenebeli Avenue. In a walking distance from Rustaveli and Marjanishvili theaters, Opera-house, "Dry bridge", where you can enjoy shopping unique "flee market" of 18th, 19th and 20th century antique units. The whole street is densely packed by fashionable restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
