Chambre confortable,au rez de chaussé d'une villa de caractère,surplombant la jolie plage de Messachti .Équipée d'un lit double,1 commode,et grands espaces de rangements.
L'accès se fait par l'entrée commune avec les propriétaires.Vous aurez une clé dès votre arrivée.Pour aller dans la chambre,il faut traverser la cuisine familiale,mais,comme le montrent les photos,vous êtes indépendants,avec votre salle de bain,wc privés.1 terrasse est à votre disposition,très aérée,en pierre,avec une table et 4 chaises.Le meltem (brise marine) procure un sentiment de bien -être,les nuits sont fraiches. L'endroit idéal pour admirer la mer,ou se consacrer à la lecture et aux jeux!..
A 800m,belle plage de Messachti,Le centre du village est à 10mn à pied,avec commerces,bars,tavernes,boulangerie,crêperie,pharmacie etc..A 12km,centre médical;à 45km,hopital de bon niveau.
Frigo congelateur, plaque de cuisson céramique,machine à café frappé,pour vous seuls.2 cafetières,toaster,machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle,le micro onde sont partagés avec Nicolas et Martine.Vaisselle et couverts à votre disposition.Tout cela est gratuit,de même que parking et wifi.
La propriété ,d'environ 1 strema(900m2) est très arborée et fleurie.

The Martine's home

Que du bonheur !
Un lieu magique sur les hauteurs offrant un panorama inoubliable sur les plages de Messakti et Armenistis. Surplombant un extraordinaire jardin en espaliers planté d'oliviers, d'arbres fruitiers, de légumes et de fleurs, une jolie maison bioclimatique dotée de deux terrasses nous accueille. Nos hôtes, Martine et Nicolas, nous ont communiqué leur passion de l'île, de son histoire et de leurs habitants. Nous avons vécu de nombreux moments emplis de joie, de partages, de ceux qui donnent de petits lutins dans les yeux et rendent rayonnants. Quel plaisir de rencontrer des êtres bons et généreux !

Super hôtes, super séjour
Martine et Nicolas ont été absolument géniaux, bienveillants et réactifs quant à nos questions avant même notre arrivée, ils nous ont accueilli merveilleusement bien avec un repas d’arrivee 100% icariote, et surtout avec un sourire, une écoute et une gentillesse de tous les jours. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, et le fait de devoir partager certains lieux de vie (la cuisine surtout) ont permis d’échanger dans la bonne humeur. La chambre est très confortable et on y dort comme des bébés grâce aux températures idéales de la maison, et la vue sur la plage est à couper le souffle. À très vite on l’espere et merci encore pour votre accueil

Nicolas et Martine sont Français,habitant la région des Alpes.Ils séjournent à Ikaria plusieurs mois dans l'année depuis 30 ans.Médecin et éducateur spécialisé,des métiers exigeants;ils ont trouvé à ikaria le cadre idéal pour leurs vacances.Ils ont parcouru toute l’île à pied par les sentiers.
Leurs enfants,devenus adultes,ont pris leur autonomie,et ils ont décidé de louer une partie de la maison,et de faire connaitre cette île

Nous avons fait construire la propriété en 1998,parce que nous avions besoin de calme,de déstresser.Nous avons trouvé un lieu où la convivialité et la solidarité avaient encore un sens.,et où les habitants étaient respectueux de la nature,écologistes sans le savoir,La beauté des paysages,la propreté de la mer nous ont séduits,ainsi que leur respect de leurs traditions.
