Your modern retreat nestled on almost 2 acres just up the street from town. includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with 1900 sqft of space. As you enter the home with your personal smart code you are greeted with a quaint entry area with built in cubby’s for shoes and coats and a half bath. Down the hall you pass a fun dining area and master suite on the way to the living room and kitchen. The first floor master bedroom has a king bed and attached master bath. The master bath has two vanities and a spacious glass enclosed shower. The living room has vaulted ceiling that opens to the loft upstairs with a large sectional and a 50” LED smart TV with Bluetooth surround sound. The modern kitchen offers a wonderful place for you to cook pancakes in the morning or simply sit at the quartz island an enjoy a cup of coffee.

The Second floor has two bedrooms a full bath and a loft with a separate kids nook. It’s the perfect place to send the kiddos to wind down after a fun day at the beach. The second bedroom houses a king size bed perfect for adults. Your kids will love the third bedroom with twin over full bunks with a trundle. The loft has a queen pull out sleeper with a memory foam mattress and a 43” LED smart TV along with a few fun bean bags.

Outside you’ll find a wonderful place to relax with the family. The gas grill is a great place to cook up your favorite BBQ while the kids play in the afternoon sun filled expansive backyard. After a great meal on the outdoor dining table, relax on the outdoor sofa and chairs or, turn on the gas fire pit and enjoy the company of friends and family. We couldn’t think of a better way to relax after a day at the beach.
