The Sycamore condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor unit in Mesa. It's perfect for a short or long stay to get some sun in the metro Phoenix area. The location is only 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport which is so convenient after a long flight. The community has excellent amenities including gated access, private pool and BBQ grills all meticulously maintained.

Close proximity to many golf courses, attractions, dining, shopping, and more!

Inside the condo you will find a very open contemporary and spacious floor plan. The living room and master have 40 inch LED flat screen TVs, we have cox panoramic wireless internet (WiFi) Roku & DVDs available for use. The living room has a love seat, sofa and a recliner. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed and fresh bedding.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials, dishes, pots, pans utensils, glass ware. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and toaster. A full size washer and dryer are accessible off the garage. Master bath has a walk in shower and guest bath has a shower/tub option. Each bathroom will have it's own blow dryer and fresh towels so you can leave yours at home.

EV electric vehicle charging access in garage, conveniently park in a secured garage and plug into level 1 110v outlet or unplug our dryer and use you’re adapter to plug into 220v level 2 for a faster charge!

If you are looking for a vacation rental in a central location with great amenities you have found your place! The only thing missing is you!

We had a great month at Graysill Casitas. The condo was clean and everything was in working order. We felt safe in the gated community. The pool was a block away from our condo which was a little inconvenient and there was no outdoor sitting area outside our condo. The kitchen was well equipped with beautiful appliances, but there was a shortage of silverware and covered bowls. An extra set of sheets for the master bed would have been nice too.

Sycamore Experience

This was a great place to stay - clean, comfortable, a good location, & safe because it’s gated. It’s close to downtown areas, restaurants, shopping, & tourist spots (Apache Trail, Bush Highway, Desert Botanical Gardens, Papago & other parks, & Fountain Hills are just a few). Dave, the owner, was very welcoming & ready to help if needed, but it wasn’t because everything was ready for my stay. I would highly recommend this place, (I’m staying again)! Thanks, Dave!!

Beautiful place to stay

A very clean and beautiful townhome with easy access to the major highways. Ground floor location with front door right off the driveway a plus. Garage a big bonus as well. Owner called and wished us well on the first day, and we had no issues during our stay. Highly recommend!

Comfortable for the most part.

The unit is in a gated community, the area is very well maintained and attractive. It seems as if the pool is not always heated, so if that is important check with the owner. The heater was turned on a few days after we arrived so we were not inconvenienced. The unit itself was clean and generally comfortable. A few modifications would make it more enjoyable The closet in the master bedroom is not accessible to tenants which makes life a little more complex. We put a few things being stored in the front closet into the garage (moving them back prior to our departure) and used that closet for clothes we wished to hang. There is a second bedroom with a closet but no dresser, so that was not a solution for us a friends stayed with us for a short time. There was also a lack of hangers. The master is big enough for an Ikea type wardrobe which I suggest be considered. There were not many eating utensils, (four dinner, four salad and four knives) a set of eight would have been welcomed. There was a box plastic utensils but that is not really ideal There is one set of sheets for each bed, and they seemed to be king sized sheets, but the mattresses were queen, so a bit big. As we were there for over 20 days we did wash/dry/replace on the same day. The owner was responsive, and helpful during the lead up to and during the rental period. There is a large TV with cable and lots of channels in the main room and one in the master bedroom as well. Internet was wireless and worked well. The living area furniture was very comfortable - among the best we have had during a VRBO stay! The surrounding neighbourhood was a bit mixed with some rougher looking areas. Not an area we would walk at night but we did walk daily during daylight hours. We did hear gunfire once during our first week, followed by a police helicopter flying about for an hour or so. A neighbour in the complex later confirmed the incident was some distance from the complex. This likely could occur no matter what area you stay. None the less we then elected to keep the windows locked and ran the cooling system a bit more than we might have otherwise, It worked very well. The appliances all worked well, and there was a coffee maker/toaster slow cooker etc. A few minor tweaks would make renters more comfortable. We enjoyed our time and thank Dave for allowing us to rent his unit.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We had Wi-Fi and cable television. Location is great because you can access major roads close by. Nice to have gated access for security. Furnishings were very nice and in good condition. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool is not heated so we didn't use it in January. We would definitely stay stay here again.

We bought this condo 6 months after it was built, we've lived in it as our primary residence and have remodeled and refurnished it for your stay! The unit is in a great location, it is the perfect base location for those wanting to sight see and hit all the local attractions.

Why they chose this property

We bought this unit when we were going to school at Arizona State University, our parents use it as their own home when they are in town for visits and we live close by so we can be quick to respond should you need anything during your stay.

What makes this property unique

You will love the gated community, you can go out for a walk, enjoy morning coffee by the pool, BBQ by the pool. Enjoy all the amenities of being home while on vacation. Why be stuck in a hotel room when you can have your own condo!? Garage access available for those staying longer than 30 days.
