Inexperienced owner

He asked us for the invoice before check in. he asked us to send him our ID. He has video cámaras inside the house TheA/C is not enough, house very hot. Somebody enter the house while we were out. No toilet paper in the bathrooms Towels were not clean Cockroaches (2) inside the house. He asked us to check out at 9:00 am instead of normal 11:00 am. Many things have price labels on them?? Not a good experience.
