We loved our stay. Everything was exactly as described and perfect! The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The layout was great. It's close to the grocery store and only a 10 minute drive to Winter Park resort. Everyone was happy - this was one of the best places we've stayed.

The house was lovely, clean, spacious,Comfortable and really well stocked. We had issues with accessing the property and also never got responses back when I contacted the management company about early check ins. I texted and emailed twice each and not no reply.
My wife and I come to CO regularily during the ski season but this time we came with a group of family that had never experienced the mountains. We all had a great time and the house was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable and well maintained. Great location between Winter Park and Fraser. Just a few minutes to all the needs and activities. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again. Thanks!
Location was perfect to go into Fraser and winterpark on bikes or drive. The house was perfect size for our family of 8. There is train that goes by every night multiple times. So bring ear plugs.
Kitchen was pretty well stocked and Beds were comfortable. It Didn’t feel super clean when we arrived, so we washed all bathroom rugs and swept. Dishwasher door was smudged with food so we Lysol wiped everything down in kitchen.
Management company was prompt and helpful every time I texted. Hot tub was broken and they had repair guy come out to fix it by mid week of our trip. We enjoyed using it once it was fixed. All in all I would suggest this place to stay and I would stay again as well.
One thing that would be nice to have access to is a vacuum. I borrowed neighbors mid week to tidy up.
Great place, great location, accommodated our needs wonderfully. The home layout worked really well as we had family members ranging in age from 80 years old to 12 years of age.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. It was quite spacious, and met all our needs. The location was great for all of our adventures during our stay. Would love to visit again.
This house in Fraser is PERFECT.
It is on the valley floor - ie flat and bikeable, you can easily ride to rec center or to town.
The house is awesome - lots of room, our son loved the bunks, the house has all the conveniences you would want, including a large, clean, garage to keep your bikes and other stuff.
Kitchen was great for cooking.
Overall, this house exceeded our expectations. Will be back.
The location was perfect for all of our activity. All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen and back patio met our needs. We played corn hole out front due to the limited yard space in the back. The hot tub was clean but we had to buy shock as all hot tubs need shock after each use. I would recommend having some on hand for guests with instructions. Hot tubs in the mountains are a real bonus. The neighbors were friendly and it was quiet overall. The train can be heard overnight if you keep your windows open. The upstairs was where this was most necessary as heat rises. Overall we would stay there sgain‼️
We had two families staying together for some skiing; loved the house. It was perfect for us. Owners/managers were great; worked with us for arrival/departure times. We'll be back!
This home is located in a small group of luxury homes. You are a block from the community trash/recyle receptacles. A block away from the local Lyft (Bus) service. There is a ski rental business at the beginning of the entry to the community, as well as a Safeway grocery store just across the street from the rental facility.
The home itself lacks few amenities. It has a large living/dining/gathering area for family funtimes. Yet the bedrooms are separated nicely to give you a sense of privacy too. I would strongly recommend the hot tub. It was a nice perk, especially in the dead of winter. Downsides were minimal. Some small pillows. It had heated floors, which were great, but sometimes made the home a little too heated. Had to dig out the driveway and hot tub from the previous nights snowfall? Would absolutely stay there again. Let it snow.
We stayed in this home for our family trip to Winter Park. From the moment you walk in you just feel at home. The home is comfortable, inviting, cozy, beautiful and plenty big enough for our crew of 9. The little extra's made us feel so pampered and welcome. We will definitely stay here again!

This was an excellent house for our extended family. The bedrooms are spaced well so each of the three couples felt like they had their own space. And the living space was plenty big for all of us to be together. The kitchen could use a couple more tools (larger frying pan, pot holders, extra hand towels), but overall the house was well-stocked and we had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!
We had a great time staying at this beautiful property to attend the Upslope Brewing Backcountry Tap Room event last weekend. The home is just stunning, with high end finishes and appliances but also comfortable with lots of room to hang out. We were three couples with children, so the bunk room was great, as were the 3 other bedrooms. It was nice having a bathroom for each room as well! The location was perfect to walk into Fraser, and was a very short drive from the start of the Backcountry hike. Could not recommend this home enough if you plan to visit the area.
