Not happy

We booked flat # 11 but given flat #45, it was not cleaned and ready on time. The facilities were not complete; we had to struggle to get internet connectivity. The AC is poor. The TV does not have Netflix or the Dstv is good. Furnitures are not to standard. No wine opener. No reminder, no follow up from the owners. They actually contemplated to say they do not know about the booking but we shared the booking reference and insisted. The car parking assigned to the room was occupied by another vehicle, we were told to park on somebody’s parking lot. In general, it was terrible. I had been in wild olive for third time, this experience was woeful.

It was very poorly managed unfortunately. There were many issues with the booking (it was double booked) .Check in was a complete mess and I had to stand on the street for a couple of hours waiting for someone with a key. Throughout our stay things weren’t very well taken care of (electricity was running low and I had to follow up twice to have them renew it, the cable tv ran out). The location is fantastic and the space was fine, it had almost everything we needed (no toilet paper/dish soap/basic consumables like that) though.
