This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom /4 bath penthouse condo is located on the 13th floor of SouthShore Villas. This building is one of the newest and most luxurious properties in North Myrtle Beach. The unit features 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Each include a flat screen television, dvd player, ceiling fan and clock radio.The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, large glass shower and double sinks. All bathrooms are complete with granite countertops and tile floors. Three bedrooms each have a king size bed and the fourth is equipped with 2 queen beds. The master bedroom and living room each open through glass sliding doors to a large ocean front balcony. Living and dining rooms are beautifully furnished including large flat screen television, dvd player and ceiling fan. The well equipped kitchen boasts large breakfast bar, granite counter tops and mosaic tile backsplash with under cabinet lighting. SouthShore Villas is located in prime Crescent Beach section and offers a gorgeous outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, outdoor whirlpool spa and lazy river. Other amenities include fitness room, glass elevators, covered parking and outside picnic area complete with tables and charcoal grills. This property was designed and built with the discerning vacationer in mind. If you're looking for a luxurious North Myrtle beach experience SouthShore Villas is waiting for you. Motorcycles, campers, boats and trailers of any kind are not allowed.
Rentals to families and responsible adults over the age of 25 only. We do not rent to students, groups or house parties. Departure cleaning and bed and bath linen fees will be added to the Rental quote. Great vacation in this beautiful condo!

Our family loved staying in this beautiful condo. The rooms and space were perfect for us. The location was great. We enjoyed the pools and the lazy river. The beach was well taken care of and not as crowded. Communication was wonderful and responsive. Our family definitely recommends this condo. Please note that you must provide your own paper products as the owner indicates. Because there aren't any paper products (i.e. toilette paper) provided. Thanks for an amazing family vacation!

Amazing top floor condo! The condo had all the amenities you may need. It’s in a smaller building too so you didn’t feel over crowded by other guests. We will return!

Family Vacation

This was the perfect property for our family vacation! There were so many great things about the property that made it stand out from others! The parking garage was great so our cars were cool when we did need to leave the property. The pool and lazy river was just the right size for the property! It was nice that there were 2 elevators since the property is on the top floor it made it easy to get up and down without to much of a wait. The unit itself was clean and was great that every room had a bathroom. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean every morning with our coffee. The beach itself was well maintained too! Just an FYI you do need to buy toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwasher detergent and washer detergent because none is supplied for you. Overall this was a great vacation spot and very close to lots of fun amenities for the whole family.

Roach infested

It is a great condo, wonderful location, easy access to the beach. Was going great until we discovered cockroaches multiple places in the condo, contacted the owner. Biggest shock, she was aware of the cockroach problem and told us to use the spray in the closet. Couldn't believe she knew it had cockroaches and rented it to us anyway. I have tried to contact her for a refund, now she won't answer the phone. Contacted VRBO and was transferred multiple times then hung up on after an hour. Vacation ruined.

The property is as advertised. Probably as nice as you'll find. Close to everything. Nice pools and lazy river. Perfect for family vacation. Our granddaughters had a ball! The only recommendations I would have is the living room furniture could use an update as well as the linens that were provided.

Loved the PH view

Property was very nice the only downside was I wish there had been a handicap commode. Other than this it was in a great area, kitchen was well stocked everything needed to cook. I would recommend.

Wonderful Place

Our family was to take a trip to Pennsylvania in June but that was cancelled due to Covid. Then we were to go to Orange Beach and the hurricane came and that was cancelled. Little did we know that all the cancellations lead us to this lovely condo. It had everything that we needed or wanted. Jean was very easy to communicate with and answered any of our questions promptly. I highly recommend this condo, you won't be disappointed. If we are every back to NMB we will try to get this again. Thanks Jean for sharing your lovely place with the gorgeous views of the ocean.

Great place for our family

The condo has a great location and I loved the layout. The polls are perfect everything was clean. The beach is steps away so if you have little ones it’s not difficult. Other guests were very friendly and parking was perfect. I would definitely recommend.
