A stunning three bedroom Lodge in the middle of heavens nature


Welcome to Aura Eco LODGEyour spacious rainforest private retreat, ideal for large families or group of friends.

It houses three spacious bedrooms. The Master suite is equipped with a large walk-in family style closet, ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower.

The children’s room is themed football, with two queen beds and a baby’s crib. Door opens up onto a quaint patio.

The third queen room, with a spacious built in closet, is ideal for teenagers, or a couple as it welcomes silky mountain breezes caressing through often. Across the hall is a large stone finished shower and bathroom.

The sitting room is decorated with comfortable lounge furniture, for easy Sundays, evening discussions or can be used for more comfortable and cosy work space. The TV room, with a 42inch flat screen, and couches makes it perfect for tv binge watching on rainy days, or to catch a news clip before heading out for work or play.

The kitchen is ideal for complete self-catering needs or private chef soirees, with a built in glass bartop. If you wish to sit facing the mountains, the balcony on the kitchen opens its French style doors onto a comfortable breakfast dining area.

We would be reminisced if we forgot to mention the gargantuan balcony space adjacent to the kitchen and hugging the TV room. The outdoor area allows for BBQ days, and private time when you love your group, but you need some space from everyone. There are two French style hammocks, for afternoon siestas, and moonlight bathing.

Great stay

We had a wonderful time. Really enjoyed the views and the birds. The decks were fabulous and there was plenty of space in the kitchen for multiple people. The host was easy to reach when needed and quick to respond. Thanks for helping making a memorable trip!

A beautiful and amazing home & property with amazing views an amazing location

This place is amazing .We had a wonderful time at this property while on vacation in beautiful Dominica. It was comfortable & clean, the views was amazing , The perfect location 5min from the city and a short distance away from The Trafalga falls The owner was most pleasant and wonderful. This place felt like home away from home. A great place for family vacations in beautiful Dominica. We would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic Accommodations

This place is amazing. The building is huge. There is so much room. It had everything that we could want and Ginnette responses to any questions very quickly. The site is lovely with a gorgeous view of the rainforest and beautiful plants and flowers. The porch is also gigantic with amazing views and breezes. This is where we spent all of our time. A great experience.

Overall good stay

Easy to rent and excellent communication. Ginette was very responsive and reached out to make sure we had transportation from the airport and if we wanted to rent a car. Nice large property. It was clean. Because we were in the valley their were lots of insects and mosquitoes plus it was rainy season. The view was nice and it was peaceful. Ginette is a sweet lady!

Spacious, with 2 patios (dining tables on each & multiple defined conversation spaces). Host lives in her own unit just below this VRBO and thus was available to answer Qs re where to find things or even offer activity & sightseeing suggestions. She also connected us with a local who made & delivered a hot 7-course dinner incorporating the local cuisine. (We all agreed that this was one of the best meals we had during our 2-wk stay.)

Veranda im Urwald

Wunderschöne, nicht mehr ganz junge Villa mit Charakter im Urwald Dominicas. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Konzert des Urwalds und der Sternenhimmel sind atemberaubend. Für jede Tageszeit ist eine Veranda mit traumhafter Aussicht vorhanden. Ginette ist eine wundervolle und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die uns einige wertvolle Tipps geben konnte. Ihr liebevoll angelegter und gepflegter Garten bleiben uns in Erinnerung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Finalement nous avons logé dans le Cottage, sur la même propriété, ouvert sur une végétation tropicale abondante, agréablement bien aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût par Ginette la propriétaire. Oasis in the Jungle

Incredible location just outside the capital of Roseau. We enjoyed the two very large verandas, both with indescribable views of the jungle and volcanic mountains. After a long and late delayed day of travel, our hosts remained very communicative to insure we arrived safely with anything we may need. Would love to visit again!

Beautiful Location!

Ginette was a wonderful hostess who made you feel like family. She helped us at every step of the way with traveling to Dominica facilitating our every need and answering all of our questions. On arrival, she provided a tray of fruits and vegetables and eggs/bread to help us get started off on a nice vacation. She helped facilitate our excursions and provided stellar recommendations for different tours in the area. The villa is spacious and the views from the deck take your breath away! It is much larger than the pictures show and the gardens surrounding the property are lush. The villa could benefit from a deep clean in certain areas, and future guests should be aware that there are no screens on the windows. It is in the heart of Dominica and activities are only a short drive away. We will always remember our stay at Villa Aura.

Fantastic, lovely, comfortable and restful

First, and foremost, Ginette is a gracious, helpful, and diligent host. She went out of her way a number of times to help us navigate the process of pre- and post-arrival COVID procedures. And the house is fsntastic. Each bedroom is roomy, well provisioned eith comfortable beds and furniture. The bathrooms have excellent showers. The kitchen is easy to work in and the indoor living spaces have three comfortable couches. But what makes property most special are the verandas. We were both working, with lots of WebEx live camera meetings with our teams back in the US, and did most of our working on the verandas, lots of space, seating or lounging options and easily enough separation that we could both be talking on our laptop microphones without hearing the other.

Incredible Location!

We had a great stay at Aura on a recent week long business trip. The property is ideally located a short distance to Roseau, but remote enough to be quiet and relaxing. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our group.
