Visiting Austin? Stay at Jake's Kalahari in Round Rock. Beautiful brand new, never lived in 3 bedroom, 2 full baths home- super cozy, relaxing and clean. Walking distance to Round Rock Express Dell Diamond, only minutes from Kalahari Resorts, DT Round Rock & about 30 min to Austin, shopping (Domain is a MUST!), festivals such as SXSW and ACL and lots of dining.25 Min drive to Two Step Inn. Take a drive to Lake Travis and have some fun in the water- only a 40min drive! Or visit Magnolia Market in Waco from Fixer upper- 1:20 mins away.

No parties or events. No curbside or garage parking. No trailers allowed. Additional parking spots across the street. No outside noise between 9pm-7am
By booking you acknowledge we DO have cameras on the outside of the house for security reasons. We do NOT have cameras inside the house.

This was our 2nd time staying at Jake’s Kalahari. The home is super clean, very spacious, and cozy! The host is very responsive and accommodating! We will definitely stay here every time we are in town!

Perfect spot

Soccer Tournament

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The property was beautifully maintained and the location was perfect for our needs. The house itself was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive, making the booking process and check-in very easy. We loved the place!! The house was perfect for 3 couples. All the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. loved the game room and the outdoor space. The house is in a gated community and felt very safe. The host was great with all our questions and was there when we need her.

The home was perfect for our stay. It was in the perfect location for our tournament and had great food options in the area. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Great place for a mini vacation.

This house has everything we needed for a baseball weekend in RoundRock. The kids loved the game room and pool across the street. Super close to the fields we had tournaments at. Great location!

Jake’s Kalahari

Throughly enjoyed Jake’s Kalahari home. The home is in a great neighborhood with a variety of good food choices very close. Kalahari is closer than we expected and we appreciated that after each day of fun. Home was very comfortable, super clean and nicely decorated. Loved the gameroom and the backyard. The hosts were awesome. Will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

We visit family in the Georgetown/Hutto part of TX! It was a great place to gather, visit, and enjoy a homey feel. Would stay there again. Easy access to Dell Fiamond baseball and area attractions. Hosts were extremely cooperative. ❤️

Kalahari weekend

Jake's Kalahari is a beautiful property conveniently located on the North side of Austin. It was very clean and bright. The kitchen is well stocked and the hosts are kind and responsive. We only wished the community pool would have been opened while we were there--we missed it by a week :)

Baseball trip

We utilized the house to catch the Karbach Classic @ Dell Diamond. Our beloved LSU Tigers were playing in the tournament. It was a short walk to the stadium from the house, we used the trail that goes around Old Settlers Park. My wife and I are runners so the trail really was an added bonus! Local restaurants were great and we really had a good trip!

Relaxing Time in Round Rock

Normally we stay at the Kalahari Hotel and I usually select some pretty nice rooms; however, our stay at Jakes Kalahari surpassed anything we had previously experienced in Round Rock. The entire experience from booking, to directions to home, keyless entry and easy of checking out was amazing! The home was in immaculate condition and layout perfectly. The kitchen had everything anyone could possibly use. The three bedrooms were very cleaned and with every amenity one could think off during a vacation. The gated community was what we are used to because of its safety and quiet surrounds. We love walking and running at Old Settlers Park and the home's proximity to this spectacular park is less than 4 minutes away. There is an access gate on the back of the community that gives you access to a walking/running trail to the park. However, I believe what we loved best from our stay at Jake's was how relaxing and comfortable we felt. It was so refreshing to not have to do the normal hotel check in and out. This is were we will be staying every time we go to Round Rock. The home is close to anything you could possibly need in Round Rock. We loved the experience but loved how Laila and Anderw were there behind the scences in case we needed anything. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back soon! It felt like home!

I booked our stay here for myself, my husband, our 3 kids (ages 4, 8 and 10) plus our goldendoodle! It was the perfect spot with having kids! It's across from Kalahari resort in a beautiful, subdivision! Hat Creek restaurant is walking distance which we did one night and they have a very fun playground for kids! This home made me feel comfortable away from home! I loved how every detail we needed to feel at home was provided. I especially picked it because of the gameroom in the garage and my kods loved it! That helped entertain them when we finished our outside sight seeing or while cooking! The decor is so modern, we loved that! Our dog did well in their backyard, it's small, but big enough for hanging out as we roasted smores on their grill, grilled steaks and allowed the dog to hang out a bit. Old Settlers Park is close by and they had blueblonnets, so we picked it to fly our kites and let the dog run free! Also we went to a cool All abilities park and our kids rode their scooters! We were close to many stores and restaurants and that made it convenient with kids! The host was very quick to reply and friendly! We will return and have already recommended friends! 👌
