Brant Beach, 1 Off Ocean, 1st Fl. - 3BR, 2 Bath. Perfect Family Rental

We are renting for August and September and please note that this is the first floor unit in a duplex home. The upstairs is occupied and not available for rental.

5612, 1st floor, is an amazing location and perfect family rental. It is 1 off the ocean with beach and bay views. 3BR (sleeps 6), 1.5 bath indoor (1/2 bath in master bedroom; full hall bath w/ shower/tub) & outdoor private shower, Wrap around decks with Adirondack chairs, picnic table and grill. Central A/C, W/D, Cable/WiFi. Great room with fully stocked kitchen, dining area and den. 3 Sliding glass doors lead to decks. 2 car/SUV parking (NO trucks). 2 weekly beach passes included. Sorry, no pets. No smoking on entire property, indoors and outdoor. Please bring your bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogy boards, etc. There is room to store on the outside of the house. LBI is safe, but just in case please bring locks. The unit also has a small hotel style safe for valuables but anything in/around the house is your responsibility.

COVID may be over but we encourage everyone to continue to follow healthy COVID protocols. Please get vaccinated and update your boosters. Sanitary products are in the house to help keep the home clean. Pillows and blankets are provided for each bedroom but linens and and towels are not. Please bring yours. Private laundry is on-site for your exclusive use. Most LBI masks restrictions are now mask optional. But please respect the wishes of merchants, restauranteurs, service provides and others.

Great family beach spot.

Had a lovely stay. The location is amazing. Right by beach and short walk to DaddyOs and ice cream. It was lovely having coffee outside on the wrap around patio every morning. It has everything you need for an LBI vacation. The only cons were the Wi-Fi was not great and you could not do family movies. The smart TV is not set up so you cannot mirror iPads or log onto you own streaming accounts. We went for family time and to be by the beach so this was not a big deal and actually helped us keep the kids off screen. It is great for a family of 4-5. We had 2 families (8 total with 4 kids 7-11) for one night. That would have been too tight for a week but worked for 1 night. You have access to a grill and washer dryer. It was not in the listing but was very useful. Manager and family (family is upstairs) we’re all very nice. GREAT family vacation beach spot. NOT a party house.

Wondering vacation!

We had an amazing family vacation! The owner of the home we rented was very hospitable, organized and helpful. The house was clean and I appreciated all the extras that were left, like plates, cups napkins. The kids shared rooms comfortably and we had a lot of fun in the open living area playing games and just talking about our day. Thank you Jodi for everything, I would definitely recommend this house and we would definitely stay here again!

Hello. 5612 is a family home and still is today. The home was build in 1936... with a basement (!) which still exists today. The house underwent a complete renovation in 2010 and survived Sandy without a scratch. My family lives in the upper unit but we respect your privacy.

Why they chose this property

LBI is a special place. Rent one year... buy the next. That is what my parents did and so, I spent my childhood on the beach and now, doing the same for the next generation. LBI is a place for family, relaxation, peace and away from the rat race. Casual and easygoing. A perfect stay means a day on the beach, wine at sunset, time with family and friends. No shoes required!

What makes this property unique

The best part about this house... besides the location, location, location… is the wrap around front porch/deck and indoor/outdoor living. Open all the doors and let the sea air in. Yes, the AC works, but why use it when the ocean breeze is the best cooling system?

A place to relax and enjoy. Not fancy, not stuffy... Very homey and comfy. A place to say "Ahhhhh…."
