It was a great location for walking to most things. Though small it provided what we needed after busy days of getting around Iceland. It was nice having street parking and being in a quiet neighborhood.

Inga calls this her "little studio" but I would call it a cozy retreat. It is so efficiently laid out that my husband and I never felt crowded (unlike the VRBO we'd just come from in England which actually had more square footage!). It was also very well stocked. Every time I needed something - scissors, a tea ball, a bandaid - I could find it. The location was perfect for us, on a residential street, so very quiet. However, it was easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. Literally blocks to the stunning Hallgrimskirkja with its observation deck and also the location of the number 8 bus stop, which is one of the pick-ups for the Golden Circle Tour companies. Try out Cafe Loki across the street from the church for traditional Icelandic food. Speaking of food, there are many excellent restaurants within a few blocks. Our favorite was Reykjavik Kitchen. And it's an easy bus ride to the city center where all the museums, concert hall, parliament, etc. are located. If we ever get back to Iceland, we will definitely stay here again.

The studio appt was exactly what we needed. It was in a great location. We rented a car and had free parking right on the street outside. We cooked several meals while there - the grocery store was an 8 minute walk away. The small kitchen had what was needed. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We would stay there again

Was very lovely compact room, so homely and had everything you needed. Felt compfy to have down time, quite central and close short walks to coffee places. Great systems in place, but doesn’t feel too rigid.

Lovely stay in cozy studio apartment

This property was perfect for us. We had a car but walked everywhere in Reykjavik because the location was so great. Comfy bed and cheerful accommodation. The owner replied to us quickly. Would stay again.
