Enchanting Ocean View | PH Boutique Quartier del Mar

Our apartments are located in the center of the city of Panama, capital of the Republic of Panama, a short distance from restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and 5 minutes walk from the Omar Park, an impressive park where you can practice all kinds of sports or Simply breathe pure air in the middle of the city. Includes free parking, janitor and security guard 24/7.



The P.H. Quartier del Mar is a residential complex with a tower, made up of 34 floors or floors of which there are 8 levels of parking, 25 floors of apartments and on level 9 is the semi-covered pool, meeting area and free gym. The building has 2 independent elevators and has a 24-hour security checkpoint with two guards. Our headquarters are located in its lobby, as well as a small cafeteria at the entrance.



The neighborhood is quiet, very close to Calle 50. Nearby restaurants, various supermarkets, pharmacy, bus stops, front row views of the sea, pelican and seabird watching. Very close to Panama La Vieja to visit the ruins and Parque Omar to go for a walk and play sports outside. Located in an access to Costa del Este, international airport and the center of Panama.

Enjoyable Stay

Great experience! Visiting family in Panama. Neighborhood was very pleasant. Went to eat at "Jimmy's" close by (about 3 Block walk) & the food was great. Yenny was responsive to our question about WiFi pw, which was right In front of the TV already! Security was excellent, felt very safe. There is also a shall coffee Shop downstairs, which sello nice pastries, coffee & some necessities. The views are amazing.

Clean, modern condo w/ great view!

Very pleasant place to stay for several nights, as base for activities in/around Panama City! Clean and well maintained. Good beds/mattresses. Great views of city and ocean. Large fridge, basic kitchen items plus glassware, and dining table seating six were nice features, as is large screen TV in living room (Dish TV service). Easily walked to grocery store and restaurants. Suggest using Uber rather than taxis, especially if you don't speak espanol! PS- Yeny (onsite manager) was great!

Wonderful and comfortable apartment

The apartment was very comfortable and in a great part of Panama City. The view of the ocean from the living room was truly as described: Enchanting. I will definitely try to stay here again when I visit Panama. Jacob (property manager) was extremely helpful and accommodating during my stay.
