I chose Casa Blanca because it was dog friendly. We all enjoyed our stay relaxing on the beach. Everything was as advertised.

Great Condo owner, not so great resort

Really love the place and how available the condo owner made himself. The couple made us feel very welcome and if it wasn’t for the actual resort, we would love to stay there again. The resort itself showed so many amenities that did not exist due to closures. We were really looking forward to the hot tubs, but not one hot tub was opened. We brought so much food to grill, but the grill was out of propane. After multiple times of asking the local workers to switch the propane, with no results was when we contacted the condo owner (which we were trying to do, with his HOA payment, the local workers should be doing their job) and the propane finally got changed. People on the property aren’t very helpful. For the price you pay to rent per day, it isn’t worth it. You think going to Mexico you hope and think of better lower prices. There are so many rental properties just as nice or better in the U.S. for half the price. Again, the condo owners were amazing!!! It’s just unfortunate that the resort doesn’t offer what is depicted on the website/description.

My wife and I live full time in Puerto Penasco. We are originally from Southern California. We are both retired and wanted to slow our lifestyle a little, so we decided to move here. It was the right choice for us.
