We prepared the apartment so that you feel you are in the most modern, luxurious and beatiful apartment at Aquatika. The lighting, the mattresses, the rest and game areas will make you feel relaxed and on vacation for real. Aquatika is a beautiful resort-type community. This air conditioned Penthouse unit with 3 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, accommodates 8 people and offers all of the comforts of home in a beautiful Caribbean setting. Aquatika features multiple pool areas, miniature golf, basketball, tennis, sunning and lounging areas, children's playgrounds, shaded seating areas and green space.
Fully furnished condo with fully equipped kitchen. Great entertainment area w TV, cable, surround sound. Also a gas-operated BBQ grill in the terrace. The laundry area inside the apt. includes a washer and dryer.
Other Things to note:
1. For a separate fee we can deliver a supermarket purchase before your arrival of up to 20 items, or a meal prepared by one of the best cooks in our work team. We have some general recommendations of things to do during your vacation, but if you want something tailored to your group, we can also design your trip after answering questions about your group of family and/or friends preferences. Once you complete your reservation asks us the details.
2. The pool with water slide and hot tub will begin a restoration project on April 10, 2023 over the next 16 weeks. The pool will be closed during this time. The complex has another 4 swimming pools, the beach and playgrounds for children that will be operational as usual. The pool in front to our apartment is fully operational.
3. After Hurricane Maria in 2017, PR's electrical system is still unstable. Power outages may occur during your stay. It usually restores itself in a couple of hours or less. We want you to make an informed decision, but don't let this stop you from giving us a chance to receive it. In the small possibility that this happens during your stay, enjoy the experience, disconnect from technology and connect with nature and a totally local experience.

Wonderful place

We had an amazing time at Aquatica! It was perfect for our family and friends. The property is lovely, in a great location and we loved the beach access and all the pools. Cathy was very friendly and had great communication. She even let us know when there was a red flag warning and when we might encounter traffic because of a special visitor to PR. We will definitely come back and will recommend this unit to all our friends and family. Thank you for hosting our Puerto Rican adventure!

Great getaway

We had a great stay. Although we had a few cleanliness issues, the owner, Cathy, is amazing with communication and answered all questions or concerns almost immediately. We loved the pool table and outside patio. Please note that the main pool is under construction at the moment. The area outside of the resort is not ideal but they make it very safe inside the gates and security patrols the resort frequently. The beach is absolutely perfect and very private. Would absolutely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Hidden Gem

The Host was wonderful. They were easy to get in contact with. The place was as pictured. It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The location was a short drive to Old San Juan and the Rainforest. I will definitely book this place again!

Always the best place to stay in PR!

This property met my expectations in cleanliness, having what I needed, and great location close to San Juan. I felt safe with the gated community and the gatekeepers were pleasant with check in. I will be back for sure!
