The outdoor space is the main feature.....a large covered patio with 300 degree views of the river and mountains (plus a large roof deck with 360 degree views), swimming pool in season, heated spa, a large, calm river at your doorstep for kayaking/SUP adventures, thousands of acres of open desert for hiking, biking and ATV exploration. On clear nights (nearby Yuma, Az. is called the sunniest city in the world!), the sky is filled with stars and the Milky Way shines bright.
