In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This oceanfront Kiawah Island vacation rental is located on the first floor and offers beautiful ocean views from each of the 3 bedrooms. The villa is just steps from the beach.

Walk in and immediately spot the panoramic views of the beautiful blue waves right outside! Relax in the living room while soaking in the ocean view or watching TV on the flat screen. There is plenty of sitting room for the whole family with a comfortable couch and four chairs. The living room also has access to 2 decks, which offer amazing ocean views and comfortable seating for relaxing, enjoying your morning coffee, or evening cocktail. The fully stocked, updated kitchen features quartz countertops and has everything needed to cook a meal on vacation. Guests will enjoy dining with ocean views at a table that seats 6 comfortably.

The primary suite features a king-size bed, reading nook, and a large private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second suite features a king-size bed, access to an ocean view deck, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom features 2 twin beds, private bathroom with shower/tub combo, and access to an ocean view deck.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Excellent East Beach Windswept unit!

We have been coming to Kiawah often since 1983 and Windswept in East Beach is our favorite location to stay. This unit is outstanding…beautiful view of the ocean, light and airy updated decor with open floor plan, expansive deck access, great view from all three bedrooms, and exceptional access to the beach. Akers Ellis was responsive every time we called for anything. We hope to return here on our next trip to the island.

We had a great time during fall break - the condo was amazing- so nice that all bedrooms had an oceanfront view. Bathrooms were immaculate. Nice porch area. One helpful thing to have known was that there is an elevator right outside the condo that was very helpful with luggage! Will definitely return!

As soon as we walked in, we were impressed with how spotless and beautiful the condo was - exactly how advertised. We loved the decks overlooking the ocean. Everything we needed was provided from cooking utensils to cleaning supplies. The new updates gave the whole space a fresh feel. No problems with anything.

September getaway

Overall a good experience. The unit was in good shape but would recommend the 2 non master bedrooms be upgraded. Especially the baths. Shower curtain liners need replacing. Also need to check on clothes dryer. It will not let you cancel a cycle and continues to beep at you. Only way to end it is to run another cycle and immediately open the door when it buzzes.
