The flat was great; it was a little smaller than we expected but was very comfortable. The neighborhood was fantastic. Plenty of pubs and shopping nearby. Also, easy bus trips to the London sites.The owner (Rodney) and his assistant (Liz) were fantastic. Their response was spot on when we had a couple of small issues like hot water and light bulb. They responded right away and took care of it with no fuss or muss.I highly recommend this flat when you visit London. We will definitely stay here again.

This cute tiny flat is only few steps from Victoria station - and close to many cofees and restaurants. Our only problem was the squeaky parquet floor: both in our flat and in the apartment above us.

We were very pleased with the flat. It was exactly as described, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the linens, too, were clean and comfortable. There’s a convenient washer/dryer combination (we did not use). The location was perfect, easily accessible and central to many attractions, some even within walking distance, or a short walk to Victoria Station. Communications with our hosts was easy, and they always responded quickly. The flat ticked all our boxes.

This is a lovely apartment with everything you need. The area around Victoria station has lots of pubs, restaurants and beautiful neighbourhoods.The area around the apartment is quiet with little traffic for London.
