It is located on the second floor with large roof terrace with 40 m², outdoor table and chairs, Tramontina inóx barbecue and covered pergolas with glass.
The Loft has a queen bed, closet, two seater sofa and armchair plus a table with 4 chairs, LCD cable TV, 10 mega WIFI, split air, complete bathroom and beautiful view of the lagoon.

Confortável e bem localizado
O apto 04 é um loft com amplo terraço, a duas quadras do mar, central e bem equipado, sendo exato o ambiente que vimos nas fotos. Locamos no inicio do inverno, e tanto nos dias com vento e frio, quanto nos dias amenos com muito sol, a luminosidade no imóvel foi um ponto a destacar. Cozinha equipada, funcionou muito bem. Internet ok, check in e check out pontuais, ambiente limpo. 2 Sugestões para ficar perfeito: reposicão louça e talheres; idem, cobertores.
