1940’s Colonial home is part of a compound with 3 other Airbnb’s. Located downtown in the popular Alameda Depot neighborhood walking distance to park, breweries, restaurants, farmers market, bookstore, yoga and more.
The home has living room, kitchen with eating area and half bath downstairs. Upstairs is bedroom with king bed, bedroom with twin bed. There’s a large common area great room with laundry facilities, plenty of outdoor spaces including covered patio, open patio, balcony, front yard.

I am the second owner of this New Orleans Colonial Home ams have owned it over 20 years. It’s a work in progress but it’s a fun fabulous home. It’s zoning is multi family so that has allowed me to split it up into several units so more folks can enjoy this beautiful property.
